Great Oahu expereince

We liked this property because it was outside the touristy areas and gave a more authentic experience. It was clean and well maintained. Could use a few more dishes/utensils in the kitchen but that is pretty minor. One other general comment that is outside the owners control is the wandering roosters start early in the morning.

Perfect Place in Kaaawa

This property was the perfect location. A semi private beach just blocks away for those before breakfast swims. Just two blocks away the only convenience store within miles. Great hiking trails just out your front door. You can feed the wild chickens from the front porch while you have your morning coffee and gaze at the beautiful tropical mountains and beaches all around you.

Much Aloha here in Ka’a’awa!!

We loved our stay in this great property in Ka’a’awa!! Remote but conveniently located between key locations in Oahu, yet a short walk away to the beach. Angelo was a great host and made our visit to Oahu that much better! Highly recommend, definitely earned all 5*****

Good home base location for exploring Oahu

House was comfortable. Angelo was responsive to all questions. He lives on the property so is easily available. The only disappointment was 1 small bathroom for a 3 bedroom house. There is a beach nearby but not easy walking distance.

Great stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean home and the AC units were a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this side of the island again!

We really enjoyed this home and location as it was out of the city but easy to get to.

Family Vacation

Wonderful home and area. Pictured perfectly. Loved the local feel with island chickens and yard full local vegetation. Would stay again. Family is so sweet and helpful. Such wonderful fun.

Great location

Ideal property for families. Angelo and his wife were very nice and always available if we needed anything or had questions. Plenty of beach items available for your use. The location is perfect for nearby beach parks and nearby Polynesian Cultural Center. Markets are about 15 minutes away.

Home away from home.

We really enjoyed the week we spent at Angelo's. The house is situated perfectly to go to the Honolulu area, or up the coast to the North Shore. The house is very clean, and comfortable and it's located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a perfect place to return to each evening. The outdoor shower was great, and the availability of a cooler and chairs to take to the beach was very nice and convenient. The air conditioning and ceiling fans made it a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed, we ate breakfast each morning and made dinner several times while we were there - we even put the outdoor grill to good use. Angelo was very nice and helpful and we would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Quiet home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a quiet neighborhood, the home was very clean and recently updated. We really appreciated the A/C units in each room, along with fans. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and coolers to go around. We loved the outdoor shower! Instant heat, and a great way to end a day spent at the beach.

Very clean and cute

We enjoyed our stay in this bright, cute and clean home. Just right for our family of 5. Nice open plan, fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor shower for after time at the beach. Was a good home base for our adventure on the island.

Comfortable home, great location, beautiful view

We stayed about a week and enjoyed our time at this spacious and comfortable home. The kitchen is well supplied as we were able to prepare breakfasts and a couple of dinners there. We enjoyed snorkeling at the beach which is about a 2 minute walk from the house, as well as the Crouching Lion and other hikes. It was easy to get to many locations on the North Shore as well as to Honolulu and other beaches. It was good to be at a quieter location instead of the busy city. Angelo was a great host and helped with anything needed. We would definitely recommend this Kaaawa home! Wonderful!

Quiet and Perfect Beach HOUSE Getaway

This spacious house is a perfect base from which to explore Oahu's beautiful and laid back windward side and north shore. The nearby beaches are heavenly . . . and this house is in a nice clean neighborhood just 2 minutes walk from the sea. Comfy spacious beds, airy and light living areas, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor shower (an extra . . . there of course is an indoor one too) and the most kind and hospitable hosts! I would return again and recommend it with ALOHA!

Nice Place to Stay

My family of 4 stayed at the house comfortably. We did prefer to be there over resorts like in the Waikiki area. The drive to the North Shore is great and many beautiful beaches. There are wild roosters and hens though so they are noisy throughout the day and night but we weren't at the house much since there is so much to do. At the time we stayed there were only fans and no air conditioning so people like us from Wyoming not used to the humidity probably would have done better with air conditioning lol. Angelo was very pleasant to work with getting his house rented to us. He also rents out a studio apartment on the property and he and his family live up stairs so it not a total what I call all inclusive house rental so you share the washer, dryer, and beach equipment with anyone else there at the same time as you are vacationing. It was still a worthwhile vacation and nice place to stay for the week we spent in Oahu!

Amazing property with spectacular mountain views

We had an amazing stay at Angelo's property! From the very beginning Angelo was super quick to respond and was super helpful with any questions we had. The home was perfect for our party of 5. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are all a nice size. We didn't get around to cooking on the property but the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need! Next time we return we will no doubt return to this home! Thanks for everything!

The house was very nice and had just what we needed for our stay.

It was spacious with a living room and dining room table that everyone could hangout at without feeling overcrowded. We had our own private area and when we needed assistance Angelo was able to assist us. We were definately comfortable and would stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

My family of six stayed 4 nights (kids ages 11,13,18,19). Owners where very responsive, good communicators, and friendly. The house was very clean, quiet and cute with good parking and access. We were able to easily get to the Polynesian Center, Pearl Harbor and beaches. Really cool hike just above the property. Great way to cap off our Hawaiian vacation. Thanks for an awesome time!!!!!!!
