Perfect for fam by the beach

This fit my hubby and 2 small children well. Quick walk to the beach, first floor and pool out back. Previous reviews were pretty accurate; slightly outdated condo and appliances but the hosts were very responsive when the internet wasn't working...and it wasn't crowded. Felt very private, usually had the pool to ourselves. First floor hears a lot of noise above but all in all we were more than satisfied with the set up.

Run-down, fixer-upper with great beach access

Looked like it had been a party house on the inside with poor paint job, smudges on walls, warped floors, dirty (moldy?) vents, a smell in one of the bedrooms, broken chandelier, stained chairs...the list goes on...though it was relatively clean for what it was. Beach access was good. Gals in the the office were helpful, but unsuccessful in finding us an alternate location. Told us the property owner knows condition & will not address or update listing to be accurate. Only stayed 1 of 3 nights booked because could not relax in that condition...did not sleep in bedroom with twin beds due to odor & suspected mold.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback Kathy. It is most appreciated. We do apologize your vacation was not what you had expected and the property was up to par. However, we are happy that we were able to refund your stay so you could find more suitable accommodations. Unfortunately, there had a been a long term (snowbird) in the condo prior to your arrival and the owner was not fully aware of the conditions. Once we informed him of your grievances, he blocked off the condo for any future bookings until all repairs and updates are completed. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your vacation is to be a time of relaxation and enjoyment and we trust you found more suitable accommodations that provided that. Hopefully, you will provide us the opportunity to help create a more memorable vacation in the future with your next trip to the beach. The Booe Crew

Good place to stay in, fairly clean and close to the beach. In terms of the place we stayed it was nice. Now the cons, we picked this place out solely for the pool it advertised, my kids really wanted a pool bc Myrtle beach waves are relentless. We came there and the pool was closed, nor did they open it after we asked about it countless times. We understand the unit owner had no control over the pool, but if you don’t , then don’t advertise it. We were really disappointed and the kids upset. We won’t be coming back.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the pools. With the ups and downs of the issues we face today, it is difficult to gauge when and/or if the property manager chooses to close pools. However, we do try to stay maintain updated info regarding pools. Though, most of these decisions are made based on safety precautions, City inspections and Health Department regulations, we may not find out until after the fact that the Homeowners Association chose to close them. We do our best to keep up, but some do fall through the cracks. We apologize. Though we do hope you enjoyed most of your vacation.

Closer to the beach that advertised!

Overall a very nice place to stay. Lots of space! A little dated, but nothing that really mattered. We spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the great weather and sun. Had everything in the kitchen we needed too. Only thing I would change about the property, is the weird bathtub. :)

Perfect Condo by the beach

As a family of 6 I was a little worried about the size and location of the condo but it was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach (this part of the beach isn’t crowded either) everyday and had plenty of room for all of us.
