Perfect getaway.

We had an amazing time. The house was just perfect for the 12 of us. Everyone had their own room/bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Manuela was a joy to work with and was always available to help make our stay perfect.

Little disappointed in the furnishings. Not happy with condition of golf cart. Was not told about transportation within community.Would return to Casa de Campo but would stay in st resort

older home but well kept

Home was well kept and location was wonderful. Villa staff could have been more friendly. They did not smile much and were not as helpful as other staff we have had. There was a language barrier so I'm sure that was part of it but a smile is a universal language!

Great stay and location

Nice home , perfect for 2 families or more . Well staffed and excellent property manager. The housekeeper needed some cleaning direction but otherwise very helpful and they did shopping, cooking and laundry. Walk to beach.

Good location but needs some updating and maintenance

Staff was very friendly. However, check in process and upfront communications were not very well organized. The property is in need of maintenance and updating. Issues included: peeling paint in the hot tub, old kitchen supplies, inoperable a/v system, pool table was in poor condition, landscaping was low quality, furnishings were basic and sparse.

Cozy Villa with a solid staff

My family spent their time in the Dominican Republic at this villa. It was clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, happy with the time there.

Simply Amazing!

I don't know where to begin. Could be the villa itself was beautiful, or the staff (cook and housekeeper and coordinator) where amazing to work with... The overall experience I was able to give my customers in there words was "over the top." I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The big key for me was the communication (since I don't speak Spanish) between myself and the villa coordinator Manuela; she was responsive, professional, and even offered recommendations with in Casa de Campo. Can't wait to rent this villa or one of the others they have to offer in the future.

Best Vacation Ever

We came to the Dominican with a large group-13 people. This house was perfect for us. The bedroom layout (6 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom) was great, and there was so much common space that we never felt crowded. The staff at the house (cook and 2 maids) made our stay to easy and relaxing. We never had to make a decision about a meal, and all the food was delicious. The maids took care of keeping the house spotless, and even did laundry. As a mother, those two services made this a true vacation! The access to the resort was nice, but we found we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. The swing set in the backyard was a bonus, and our kids were never bored. The pool was a little on the small side, but was just right for our purposes. The only suggestion I have is to make sure that if you have a larger group you secure either a second or a larger golf cart. Getting around was sometimes tricky with such a large group, so we ended up renting a car as all the resort golf carts were booked. Make sure to take a trip to Catalina Island, as the beach was amazing. The hotel food was fine, but the drinks there were incredibly expensive, and with a cook at the house, there was no reason for us to eat out! Manuela was very responsive, and took care of everything for us. She was very quick to respond, and took made all arrangements for us. The first day was a little tricky as none of the house staff spoke English, and we had very limited Spanish. Manuela arranged for a third staff member who spoke English, which was very considerate. I would go back in a heartbeat, and my kids keep asking when we can go back!

Stayed four times... because it does not get better that this!

This house is my favorite house in CDC. It is so conveniently located walking distance to the Minitas beach. With a great backyard is perfect for young kids and adults... The spacious living room makes it perfect for a two family vacation... six perfectly decorated bedrooms is easy to find a space to rest. A pool table with a flat screen TV a wet bar and a nice sound equipment is a perfect spot to hang out with friends... not only the house is perfect... the ladies helping to keep this house perfect are the most amazing!... cooking for you and making you feel like you are in a 5 start hotel!... love this house!
