Private guesthouse in heart of Summerlin few minutes from hospital and shopping. Quaint boarding for two in a gated community with lots of greenery, there is a private entrance to your room. Full bathroom, mini fridge, TV and coffee pot provided. We ask that you notify us if there are more than 1 vehicle that need to park at the property. We strongly enforce this rule, as this is a residential community and we respect our neighborhood home have security camera system , all cameras face outsidehome ,

Summerlin weekend

First impression was "this place is not very clean". There was a pile of dirty towels next to the sink along with a used water bottle near the coffee pot. There was visible dirt on the floor and a couple of used AA batteries littered the floor under the half-sofa. There is a burned out bulb over the sink. The place lacked written instructions for the washing machine and the TV set. Overall, the absence of a personal contact with the owner/manager amplified the negative first impression. The criticisms described here could have been addressed through personal communication.

Very Comfortable Stay

This casita is located in a beautiful gated community and is quite comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the property manager responded quickly to every question we had. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

Guesthouse in Summerlin

Nice quiet space for 2 people with close proximity to downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Canyon. Space was very comfortable and included nice amenities such as laundry, mini fridge, Keurig, shampoo/conditioner/soap. We would definitely stay again.
