If you are arriving in the winter, and after dark, get “detailed” directions on how to find the underground parking. With all the snow banks, it was very difficult.
Comfortable beds, but the sheets in the master bedroom were unpleasantly stained.
Well equipped kitchen with rental type cookware, but only 2 dish towels and no dish cloths, sponges or pot holders. One of the fluorescent bulbs in the ceiling light was burnt out so it was pretty dark in the kitchen making cooking a bit difficult.
The fireplace hadn’t been cleaned of ashes from the previous guests, nor was there a single piece of wood in the wood basket. A simple task that speaks volumes.
Shower curtain rod and curtain was laying on the bedroom floor in the second bedroom when we arrived… was told by the owner to just put it back up as housekeeping must have taken it down to clean.
Noise from the upstairs occupants was pretty disturbing in the evenings and at night. When they walked, it sounded like cattle crossing the room. When they showered or flushed, it sounded like a flash flood coming down the walls; and they were consistent flushers.
Not a ski in/ski out as advertised. Gondola is about a mile down Park Avenue.
We were told the hot tub was a block away so we didn’t take our suits as we didn’t want to walk out in the cold to get to it. Turns out, it was just 50’ down the hall.
Overall, the condo served our needs, but is in dire need of a deep cleaning and general maintenance.
