Outstanding!

Just a beautiful home on the banks of the White River. Views from the balconey are just amazing! My wife and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, this property was beyond perfect! The Mountain Home area is just so very nice!! Wish I could this place 10 stars!

Couldn’t have been any better!

Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is beautiful! The owner has paid attention to every detail. Very spacious, so beautifully decorated, immaculate, and relaxing. The large back balcony is so peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is very chef and entertaining friendly. Couldn’t have been any better!

Beautiful Inside and Out

If you are looking for a secluded and peaceful diamond in the rough this is the place. Picture dont do this home justice. When we pulled up we was amazed at the view. When we got to the deck upstairs we new that is where we would be spending our time. It was so comfortable and peaceful with an amazing view of the river. Then when we walked inside the open concept was wonderful. The bedrooms were so large and had everything you needed. I loved the coffee room and the kitchen was to die for. I love to cook and this was my kind of kitchen. I only wish I could take it with me. We hardly spent any time inside except to sleep and get meals ready that were not being cooked on the nice big grill. One evening we saw an eagle flying around and we also saw some beavers on the water bank. Thank you for sharing your peaceful home with us.

Fabulous house, lousy management company

As per rental agreement you are allowed to change dates. I followed every single instruction to change dates. All I got from evolve was auto emails for 3 days. I called numerous times, auto system just disconnected every time. No one ever contacted me from evolve. Finally, 3 days after my change request, VRBO had to put me in contact with someone at evolve. Needless to say my dates were taken by this time. All I was offered was credit. This trip was planned solely to see fall leaves. Not a leaf left on a tree thanks to evolve.

Relaxing and rejuvenating

This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing homes we’ve ever stayed in. The quiet and peaceful location was perfect for relaxing. The large patio was set up perfectly for enjoying time with family and the home had all the comforts and amenities we needed. This home was perfect for us to unwind, rest and spend time with our family.

Amazing view and home with all the conveniences

Great experience. Home was great, we have family in the area, enjoyed many water events on the rivers and lakes. Great time of year, lots of bugs and spiders but they didn't bother us too much. The decor and artwork awesome throughoutthehome. So many appliances, such little time to use them all! Only thing kind of creepy was the elevator, the host advised to keep the laundry door shut as they could come in any time to do their laundry. Safe to say they did not, but we were all on edge concerned we'd see someone appear mid vacation doing their laundry...lol Otherwise, can't say enough on how great it was to have a relaxing space to "get away from it all"

Beautiful home

We had our annual girls trip and wanted somewhere relaxing. This home is beautiful and the outside deck was wonderful. It’s right on the White River. We watched otters and deer. This was one of the most relaxing trips we have had in years. The home is supplied with everything one might need for cooking. It is a little way away from stores, so if you plan on cooking, I suggest you do your shopping before you get there. I highly recommend this home. The owner was great.

Beautiful Upscale home!

This a a gorgeous home! The pictures on the website do not begin to do it justice. Brenda has thought of EVERYTHING to make you feel right at home.. Her attention to detail is ridiculous.. Gourmet kitchen, Butler’s pantry, amenities galore! The views from the porch are amazing! If you have the opportunity to stay here take it. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice secluded place with beautiful deck and view of river.

Clean spacious and perfect girls getaway. We didn't even leave the property. The top space of house is full home but there is a private living space underneath but would never know it.

VERY PEACEFUL AND COMFORTABLE

This beautiful home met all our needs. It is perfect for 3 couples. One of the couples is elderly (76 & 80). They are very active and were able to climb the stairs with no issues. This would not be a home that I would suggest if climbing stairs is an issue. The home was peaceful and we enjoyed the deck as much as we could, due to weather. There are beautiful views of the river. The access to the river is steep, which we knew. We tried a bit of fishing there, but not successful. Fishing access (the reason that we went to the area) is a few miles up the road. We never heard or met the owner, but she did respond to my questions promptly, prior to my arrival. I tried 3 different GPSs and it would not take me to the address. I contacted Brenda, before arrival, and she gave me great instructions on what to enter. We hopefully will be back.

Fishing get away

Was looking forward to stepping out the back door and fishing in the white river. The river was too high to fish. But the house made up for poor fishing with great features. Got to relax and enjoy the scenery

Total Relaxation

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway with our friends. The day we arrived it was snowing so that made it even more beautiful! The home is tucked away by the river and we had complete privacy and peace. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need, and then some. Our favorite place to hang out was the balcony around the gas fire pit. Everything was very clean and tidy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Master bed is more firm than others but we still slept well. We wanted somewhere to go all weekend to just relax and unwind from our lives and this spot did not disappoint. We never met the owners face to face but they were very sweet and helpful via text/phone call when we needed anything. Our crew definitely plans on going back!

Amazing !!!!

From top to bottom an amazing weekend with the family. The property is amazing with a breathtaking view of the white river. We visited in winter so we really couldn’t take full advantage of this property as it has wonderful outdoor space. The gas fireplace helped with that a little. The Wife and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire stay. Thanks to Brenda and her team for the great memories! We will visit again in the spring to enjoy the outdoors !

Safe Get Away

Beautiful location overlooking the river. Outstanding outside deck! Great place for those who want to trout fish in the area or just relax. Everything was as it looks in the pictures and description. We will most likely book again!

Peaceful and quiet getaway

We could not have asked for a better place!!! This house is just as beautiful as the pictures listed, if not more beautiful. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away from all the craziness. It was off the main road, which is exactly what we wanted. There was no traffic and we never heard a train. The back porch shown in the picture is exactly how it looked. This space was absolutely incredible and we spent a good bit of time relaxing out there.... my husband even fell asleep on the couch out there 😁 If I could give it a 100 ⭐ rating, I would!

Riverfront Heavenly Hideaway

I'm conflicted on how to rate this place. On the one hand, if I give it the rating it deserves, others might find out about this hidden gem, and make it harder for us to secure it. On the other hand, there's just nothing that's not fabulous to say about it. This home is nothing short of gorgeous, and our short 3-night stay wasn't nearly enough! The balcony overlooking the river is as well appointed as the interior, and we spent the majority of our time out here. We were 4 sisters coming from TX, LA and VA to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday, and there simply could not have been a better place to host his big day! Thank you Ms. Allen for everything.

Labor Day Weekend Trip

The house was just as pictured. It was very clean, there were bottles of hand sanitizer in every room as well as Lysol wipes. Beautiful place, just wish there was a place to access the river from the property. Definitely recommend though!
