Great outdoor seating - good sleeping. The bunk beds will fit a slight man under 5’10 or kids well. Couches comfy and the table was great for a poker game.Firepit and dock hang outs made it a great weekend - and renting a boat that lake Norman boat rentals left at the dock was pretty awesome too.TVs are very very high mounted so dont expect to be watching movies or hooking up a consol indoors much. This is a “go outside” house!

Fantastic location right on the lake and the host response was great! Loved having restrooms on each floor, two refrigerators, lake towels were provided, and they also had plenty of kayaks and paddle boards. You can’t beat having coffee on the deck and sun room in the morning. We ended up canceling day plans to stick around and hang out at the Vrbo!

Excellent lake house in a perfect location. Hosts were awesome. Swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding right off your own dock. Furniture was comfortable and house was perfectly equipped with everything you might need. It's a short drive to on the water restaurants, marina or grocery stores. Thanks for sharing this jewel with our family.

Excellent hosts

This house was amazing and was exactly what the description and photos showed. We had one issue, but the homeowners were there with in a couple of hours of the notification. Excellent house and excellent hosts. Highly recommend this house and will definitely be back again.

Unparalleled

Five good friends rented this house for a fishing trip and we’re completely satisfied with everything! Great views, plenty of quiet time, very comfortable.

Great place to enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend. The beautiful lake views, access to kayaks and paddleboards, the firepit and the absolute quiet were all such a welcome addition to our busy lives. The location was extremely convenient to restaurants (Eddie's - Yum!) and grocery stores. We had several meals in and with the well equipped kitchen, everything was easily available.

Great house on the water with great outdoor seating.

We had a great time at this amazing lake house. It was right on the water with a dock. They had plenty of kayaks for us all to get out on the water. In the evenings we grilled out on the deck that overlooked the water.

5 Star Host ~ Great Location ~ Home has everything!

The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything a person could need on vacation…to include spices and coffee. Wonderful location right on the lake in a quiet no wake zone. It was fun to use their available kayaks and water toys ~ really added to our vacation experience. There was a lot of outdoor seating to accommodate a large group, soak up the lake view and enjoy family time. Couldn’t have asked for more in a host ~ the owners were responsive and go above and beyond to make sure that the renters are well taken care of. We highly recommend!

We fell in love with Lake Norman back in the summer of 2017. It’s a really special place for our family. We hosted guests in this house for 4 years, while we lived and worked in New Jersey. We decided to move our family to Mooresville in May 2021 and never looked back. We have recently moved into a new home and are delighted to invite guests back to our lake house.

You get the best of all worlds, peace and serenity at the lake in a quiet cove on a quiet cul-de-sac and access to restaurants, retail stores, and grocery stores within a 10-minute drive. This property brought us to North Carolina.

A few reasons we love this area:

1. If you have a boat or are looking to rent a boat, we have a covered boat slip on the property and a community boat launch right next to the property.

2. The water around the dock is typically 16 feet deep during the warmer months, so adults and children can safely enjoy swimming right off the dock.

3. The water in the cove is like "glass" and perfect for kayaking. There are 4 kayaks and a paddle board on the property for use by renters.

4. The neighbors are kind, quiet, and respectful.

There are very few homes you will find in Mooresville that are this close to the water and have this kind of waterfront setup. Easy access to the lake, deep water, covered boat slip, boat launch right next door, and on a cul-de-sac. Peace and quiet when you want it and just minutes from restaurants on and off the water.
