Great Location

Great location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Loved the upstairs bathroom.

Amazing place and location

Very clean house and the owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed. The location is perfect and house was extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Close and comfortable

Stayed for Ladies weekend away and was walking distance to Falls and Casino. Home was very clean and plenty of beds and seating for meals and relaxing. Was winter time so didn't get to enjoy campfire.

Perfect get away

We loved the house! It was beyond perfect for our family and had plenty of extra room. It was a perfect location to all the main attractions. Would deff stay again! Also the host was so communicative and very helpful along the way.

Central Niagara Location

We had a great stay at Justin's property. The house was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, as it was easy walking distance from the falls and other Niagara attractions. It was also only a five minute walk from Chabad Niagara. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

The house is perfectly located, close to the Falls and Clifton Hill. The house was just as described, very well maintained. The owner was quick to respond.We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay. Very easy check in and out. Extremely clean and beautiful house, looked like everything in the pictures. Host had great communication and friendly reminders. Fantastic location to Niagara falls.

Nice property near the falls, a bit away from all of the Clifton Hill bustle

We enjoyed our stay at Justin's property; sometimes we liked being a bit away from Clifton Hill and sometimes we wished we were closer, but we were happy to be an easy walk to the falls either way. Would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great location close to all attractions

We came for a spring break adventure and this place fit the bill. The home was clean and inviting. Josh was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

Very convenient location and helpful owner

Awesome Spot!

The house was clean and the perfect size for our group of 6. It was in a quote neighborhood with a huge backyard that was perfect for socializing. A very close walk to the falls and all of the action in Fallsview. Highly recommend!

Great vacation place in Niagara

This property was very clean from the linen to the towels. They backyard was great for the dog. We regret not using the fire pit. You cannot beat the location. It is walking distance to most of the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent family getaway

Hi Justin Thank you so much for letting me family enjoy your cozy cottage from July 30 to August 3. We loved that everything we wanted to see around Niagara falls was so close and wonderful. We did enjoy the backyard and roasted some marshmallows when the sun went down. Your place was big enough for all of us to have space but to also have some great family time. We really enjoyed our stay and if we plan another trip to that area again, we will definitely look you up to see if your location is available again. Thank you again so much for a beautiful and cozy home away from home ☺️

Convenient location and very clean

We were very happy with our stay at Justin's place. The house was very clean and an easy walk to the incline elevator that takes you to the falls. Plenty of towels were available and the kitchen had everything we needed including a pitcher for the bagged milk we picked up. The pictures are slightly outdated as the living room furniture has changed, but it in no way detracted from our stay. The 4th bedroom is in the basement just so you are aware. If you have mobility issues and rely on handrails for stairs just be aware that the railings don't extend the entire way upstairs. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 5.

Great Stay Near the Falls

The property is just as described. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Owner was very accommodating. Nice big year. Property is well cared for.
