Perfect Stowe ski trip!

The studio is spacious and well equipped. We are always amazed when ski mountain rentals are not truly skier friendly -- this unit on the other hand is perfect for a short or long ski stay. There are clothing hooks, bins for helmets, goggles, a shelf for other ski miscellany and a boot rug immediately inside the door. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom is large and features a large walk-in shower and a wonderful soaking tub. There are a clothes closet, adequate drawers for clothing, a large screen TV. gas fireplace, deck, extremely comfortable king size bed and cozy couch for reading or watching the tube. And the view of the Mount Mansfield ski runs is spectacular. Its location in the Lodge at Spruce Peak can't be any better. From the ski valet to the proximity to the lifts of both Spruce and Mount Mansfield to the ambience and facilities of the Spruce Peak village we highly recommend this unit. And the rental managers were exceptional -- the communications were outstanding as was the attention we received.

Fabulous ski weekend

Wonderful views of Mt Mansfield that you can take in as you contemplate the runs you did and the runs you lkan for the next day, warming up by the fireplace. The convenience with the ski valet and the heated pool can’t be beat. We would love to stay again!

Perfect for snowboarding

The condo was great - nice and clean and fabulous communication. There was less to do at the resort for non-skiers than originally anticipated, but not the fault of the property owners! Highly recommend as ski in and out was very easy.

Original room we booked was unavailable at the last minute but the replacement room that was given actually worked out good. Similar room with a great view would stay again.

Beautiful unit

Wonderfully managed and beautiful unit for our winter ski trip for 4 nights. Check in and check out process were super smooth. Great welcome bag and attentive manager who was proactive with checking in. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the amenities of the hotel including ski valet, restaurants, pool, spa etc. Self parking was super easy across the street, although you could also pay for the valet if you so chose. The unit was beautiful and had everything. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic convenience!

It was our first time here but it definitely won’t be our last! The room was comfy and the bathroom luxurious. We also loved the gas fireplace because it was really cold while we were there and it helped warm up the room after a long cold day on the slopes. We really enjoyed our entire stay here and the location couldn’t be more convenient! Everything was within a very close walking distance, including the performing arts center and parking lot. They had special events during our time there which included an ice dance performance (Free) and Charlie browns Christmas play (fee) the heated outdoor pool was really an experience and the kids loved it! We took full advantage of the free ice skating rink (brought our own skates) and that was one of the most enjoyable things about the place for us. All of the

Bed Linens

We rented for 5 nights and there was not an extra set of bed sheets. We would understand one pair of sheets if it were a 1-2 night stay. When we requested a clean pair of sheets, we were told it would be an additional $35 charge. When we went to wash our sheets at the lodge laundromat, there was no change machine and the lodge did not have change, so we had to wash the sheets in our bathroom sink and blow dry them.

Excellent Experience!

We have been to Stowe many times and this is the first time we stayed at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. Despite being a condo, you receive the full amenities of the hotel which is a big plus! Valet parking is included and super convenient, and the bellman was very helpful in unloading/loading the car and ushering our bags to/from the room. The room itself was clean and well-stocked. The kitchen was a bonus allowing us to make coffee and eat breakfast in the room before hitting the slopes. There was even a small welcome gift including ground coffee and pancake mix which was a nice touch. The two best parts: the view, which is of Mt. Mansfield and includes a full view of the slopes, and the gas fireplace, which was put to full use in warming up after a cold day on the slopes. You really can’t beat the price for being able to roll out of bed and take a few steps to the nearest chairlift. The ski valet also made it very easy to store skis and boots during the week while not in use. Overall a great experience with this property and would definitely stay again! Kudos to the property management team for their communication as well!

Perfect Room!

We loved this spot at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. The room was perfect for our family of 4. I loved the amenity welcome bag and was actually shocked at how well stocked the kitchenette was. We will defiantly rent this room again. Next time I will bring more groceries and use the kitchen more. (We loved that their were ample towels, pillows, etc) you might add an extra blanket.

Excellent lodging for our family vacation

The property was as described and we even found it was better appointed than other units we’ve stayed in at Spruce Peak. There was a lovely welcome bag with coffee, pancake mix and maple syrup that made arrival even more special. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The staff at Spruce Peak are absolutely amazing and it is a very well managed operation. We would be delighted to return and hope we will have the opportunity to do so very soon!

Superb view - it is essentially a hotel room

Pictures are truly representative of the place. Was looking for an independent entrance and low traffic but this unit was part of a hotel- the advertisement was misleading.. Cleanliness was excellent, even got a welcome package with all kinds of goodies. The property is Beautiful with access to gondola and ski chair lifts. Also help you like the view of Mount Mansfield.
