ジェームズタウンの洪水2013年に元の家が破壊された後、2016年に建てられたこのアパートは、高齢の親、友人、ゲストに住宅を提供するために作成されました。 新しく建設された、800平方フィートのオープンフロアプランはジェームスクリークに適しています。 ただし、エーカーロットの造園はまだ完了しています。 冬には、apt全体を通して放射熱床をお楽しみください。 シンプルなインテリア、屋外のアクティブスペース。 小川で釣りに行きます。 火の禁止があるかどうかに応じて、ビリヤード台/卓球台、トランポリン、ファイヤーピット（（き火なし）を使用してください！

Highly recommend staying here. Julie was responsive and friendly, and the place was spotless, well appointed, and super peaceful, especially the faint sound of the nearby stream. A great place for some R&R, or hiking and cycling steps away. Loved my stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spacious enough to really relax, and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful, but the creek running right by the property was easily one of our favorite parts. It’s such a peaceful, beautiful setting and a great place to slow down and enjoy the mountains.The hosts were fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in through checkout. On our way out, we spent some time exploring the creek and happened to run into our host. We ended up chatting for a while, and he even showed us their amazing old caboose on the property, which was such an unexpected and memorable way to end our stay!We genuinely enjoyed being here and only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the property and surroundings. It felt much more like a little mountain getaway than simply a place to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is very clean, spacious, pet, friendly, and a cozy spot by the creek. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating and such great people! It was a joy to stay in their place! Close enough to go into Boulder or make your way towards Estes Park. Very safe neighborhood in a small mountain town with a park and Main Street that is very dog friendly. The only restaurant in town is the Mercantile, which I sadly didn’t get a chance to go to, but everyone around is very welcoming. Will 100% recommend to friends and family!

Perfect cozy spot for us too stay over the Thanksgiving holiday as our son’s house was full. A quick 5 minute walk between houses and we didn’t miss a thing!

The listing said sleeps six this property had one king size bed, a queen air mattress, never received the cots. Little to no privacy as we kept getting visited by host family was nice but not needed as we are there to get away. I have been to multiple places and by far this property was the least private. If it was only two people then yes. But I had four kids and two adults which this property is not worth it.

Perfect getaway...

The owners are so lovely. The place was perfect. There is such comfort and tranquility of the place itself but then add the creek, the peace and quiet on the walks and the quaintness of the town, its the perfect getaway.

We felt very much at home and welcomed. Neighbors were friendly as was the surroundin community. Juliie and family were around but not seen. Certainly not intrusive in any way. Would certainly stay there again.

Cozy by the creek

I loved the stay at Julie’s Jamestown hideaway. It was so nice to get away from it all and unwind. Julie and her husband gave amazing recommendations. My dtr and I had a great night at The Merc I will visit Jamestown again.

Absolutely the best

It is always pleasure to stay with Julie & Matt. Jamestown is wonderful community environment with great outdoors activities. The apartment is spacious and new. Great for anyone. I highly recommend staying here.
