このプロパティは、Bright Holidays（Dickens Real Estateグループの一部）が所有者に代わって管理しています。

Amazing Australia Day weekend. This place is so well set out with a fantastic front and back yards. Access to the creek from the back yard is great asset. Very relaxing venue. Love it.

Winter stay

Very nice small cottage in a quiet court. Some wildlife in the roof/ceiling caused some noise at night time unfortunately which was slightly agitating. Bring slippers, as the floorboards were extremely cold in the mornings. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect cottage for a weekend getaway with friends. Stunning location amongst the trees and near the creek. Good cooking facilities and beds were comfortable enough. Would encourage upgrading the kettle but otherwise no complaints. Would book again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst this property was affordable for bright, it was in need of some tlc. Decor and kitchen ware was old. Beds are old. It was not well cleaned, dirty tissues, some random glasses and a strange puddle in the toilet area.

Happy stay

The house was extremely clean and location was great everything was advertised was exactly what was there very happy with out stay and definitely look to visit again in the future ( just there is no yellow and red rubbish bins so we have to Cary our rubbish with use )

Fun in Bright

This was a conveniently located property, had everything you could need. Well appointed kitchen, split heating and cooling system efficient and kept everyone warm during the long weekend when it was chilly. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Had a great stay, the house had everything you'd need for a weekend away and was nice and warm. Beautiful spot and great access to creek and walking track.

Hampton Cottage.

This property was comfortable in every way and suited our sized group. A beautiful Autumnal-Parkland setting with walkway down to the river. A child’s delight to play amongst the leaves and very dog friendly and safe as well. Excellent location.

Great little house

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very satisfying, however I wasn't too impressed with the shower head. It wouldn't stay in an upright position and the head did fall off. It's clearly old and needs updating.Also we couldn't find a first aid kit in the property.... The property was mostly clean, however there were lots of dead flies near windows and mold in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay here with our kids and our dog in what is a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. The house is super close to town but feels the opposite. Bright is unreal

Our stay in Bright at Hampton Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, the garden was lovely, the kitchen was fairly well equipped - no sharp knives but that's pretty standard. The first night we ran out of hot water for showers, but we were very careful with usage and it was ok the next few days. There were rats/bats in the roof that kept us awake at night, my daughter didn't want to sleep in the top bunk because they were right next to her head in the wall scratching. When I told the agent she said definitely not rats, made me feel like I was making it up. She didn't come back with anything else. Except she did say it was budget accommodation so what did I expect ........ There was no linen, which we found out in time to bring our own, but there wasn't even a bathmat so the floor was always wet, no hand soap anywhere either. So very budget. But the location was good, right in town.

Great location & beautiful garden

Nice location only a few mins from the main street. Great size for our family of 4. Lovely gardens.Only thing letting it down was the cleanliness, which I have flagged with the agent.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

This was a great place to stop for a couple nights as part of a longer road trip. Great yard and enjoyed the walk along the river. Attention to a few extra details would make it even better. Our bus enjoyed the poker and triominoes, but a larger selection of games would help. More care to check BBQ gas bottle would help as it ran out before we were done on the first cook. Overall we'd recommend. Thanks for our stay.
