Having dedicated parking in Charleston is such a bonus, and we're thrilled that came in handy for you. We sincerely apologize for the noise disturbances during your stay — unfortunately the construction nearby is outside of our control, but we completely understand how disruptive that can be, and we're sorry it impacted your experience. We also appreciate your patience regarding the noise from upstairs — we take neighbor feedback seriously and will look into it. Despite those hiccups, we're so grateful you would still recommend us and that the positives won the day!
