Great spot! Luxurious comfort, superb location, thoughtful accommodating management.
It was only a 5 minute walk from the VRBO to board the boat for our beautiful sunset sail.

Fabulous family vacation. The beach house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean and cozy. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time outdoors in the pool and relaxing on the porch. Easy and fast communication with the host. The beach house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The concierge assisted in planning many water sport activities and delivered provisions to the home upon our arrival. Highly recommend and will return for a future stay!

Quiet and Homey

Tucked away in the annex, perfect setting right in the heart of Key West without the noise. Stunning pool (heated) very nice kitchen, and huge covered outdoor seating. Wifi worked great.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Beach house. Home is very comfortable. Loved the outdoor area with covered deck and pool. Very convenient to popular venues. Brian our host was exceptional. This is now our go to home in key west.

Love everything about this home! It has everything you need for a great stay in Key West. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. Brian did a great job handling everything pertaining to our stay. Highly recommend Brian and this property!

Wonderful house and location!

We loved this house! The layout is perfect for a family, particularly if adults want to hang while supervising kids in the pool. The kids swam all week while the adults enjoyed the wide porch and awesome porch hammock! The location is absolutely perfect - walk or ride to Duval, Truman Waterfront Park, our favorite restaurant Blue Heaven, and all the waterfront adventures! We hope to stay here again!

Our group have nothing but praise for a great relaxing place. We all said it was more than we imagined, and of course the location of the property really is so convenient to everthing from the nightlife and a quick walk to Ft Zachary state park. Thanks it was perfect

Perfect Truman Annex Getaway for Families

My husband and I stayed for a week with our twin 7-year old, my in laws, and their teenage special-needs daughter. The property manager was responsive and accommodating, and the house was super clean upon arrival. The pool was a big highlight, and our kids swam with their grandparents in it multiple times a day. Everybody had enough room, and it was nice to have a somewhat separate living space for two adults in the pool house. The location truly can’t be beat, with everything either a walk or quick bike ride away. This was our fourth family trip to Key West (and our fourth time in the Truman Annex) and this place was a true gem among all the other properties we’ve rented.

Amazing week at the Beach House!

What a beautiful home with plenty of room, an amazing pool, and all of the amenities you could ask for! Super safe neighborhood within walking distance of Duval and all of the fun Key West has to offer. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Great communication from the host!

Excellent location!

There were 8 adults in our group and this property was the perfect setup. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our porch and pool time so much! It was our first time to Key West and the proximity to everything was even better than we had hoped! The property manager responded immediately the few times that we had questions. Beautiful home and area. 5 stars!times that we had questions. Five stars!

GREAT HOME!

This is a great home! This property was more than we expected and was a delight. I will certainly return. From the moment we arrived it was a dream. Close to everything you could want and more. The management is great and extremely responsible. Brian rocks and will handle any issues that may arise.

Locatioon, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a family vacation with six adults and two babies. Location was key! Loved the little splash pad and park. Great walk-ability!The only improvement needed is the quality of paper products(toilet paper and paper towels) provided.

Escaping winter

We loved our stay at The Beach House. The property is beautiful, and so close to everything we wanted to do in Key West. We rented bikes to make it easy to get to things all around town. Our favorite thing about the house was to spend afternoons lounging in the pool - not possible in Chicago where we live!! Thank you Brian and the concierge team for all your help and easy communications.

Beach House rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the house and location, but only one parking space for 4 bedrooms. The nearest parking lot charged $60 a day for none guests at the resort.

Thank you for this great review Ed! We are thrilled you enjoyed the property so much! Brian, your property manager, always advises our guests to park at the old school lot as they only charges 15$ a day. It is right around the corner from the house. The house only provides one parking spot but this secondary option is definitely the best deal in town. We hope to have the pleasure to host you again in the future!
