Relaxing stay in Mesa

Our party of five found this rental to be very pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the home made it seem much roomier than described. The back yard and patio area were quite large and comfortable, and made watching the sunrise a much enjoyed activity. It was also a great place for us all to relax and just visit. We had plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was well stocked, although we only had time to cook breakfasts there. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable, and the location was perfect for us as it was close to our family. I would certainly stay here again.

Family trip to Mesa

This was a clean, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath. There were 3 different seating areas in the large private backyard. This home was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with shopping within a few minutes drive. It is centrally located within the Mesa area, easily accessible to a variety of local sights. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

A quiet and restful stay

We were pleasantly surprised to find this vacation rental tucked nicely on a quiet corner of a neighborhood, away from the main traffic and noise. The backyard faces another equally quiet adjoining residential street, meaning you can hang out on the patio and enjoy a quiet morning or afternoon without being bombarded with urban noises.The house itself is nicely if sparsely appointed, plenty of common space to enjoy with family or friends.We did find the appliances such as dishwasher and laundry to be noisier than we would prefer, so either set up your use of those for when you're hanging outside or heading out to do things.The house isn't located close to anything particularly noteworthy, but is on the eastern end of Mesa, closer to the Superstitions and all the Apache Junction end of the valley. It's a short hop to the 202 freeway and so you're only minutes away from the central part of the valley, with Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix not terribly far.Nobody believes that Arizona is a pedestrian have, so definitely plan on having a capable vehicle to get around. We managed to fit a full size SUV in the garage making for easy departure and arrival at the house.All in all, a very nice place to stay, definitely recommended.

Spacious Home in a Perfect Location

My girlfriends and I took a trip to Arizona and decided to stay at this amazing home… I wouldn’t have planned it any other way! This home kept us entertained with the different amenities available. We made time to relax on the patio furniture and we took advantage of the fire pit during our evening. They even had two types of grills available! We had an itinerary full of shopping at the different malls, farmers markets, sight seeing, Suns games, and food. This home is in a perfect location for all things Arizona. We felt safe and secure at all times. When we go back to Arizona, we would ABSOLUTELY choose this home again.

Well equipped house for family vacation

Very well equipped and spacious house, much bigger and nicer than the pictures show. It has everything you need, extremely well organized. Good location in a quiet family area, close to everything in Mesa. Only downside is the charcoal bricket bbq, which is really hard to use. Could also use tvs in the bedrooms. But otherwise it is fantastic.

Great House for a Family Stay

Very nice house, clean and comfortable. Bigger than the pictures look. Very well equipped. Has everything you need. The BBQ takes charcoal brickets, which are really tough to use. The only negative we found. TV in the bedrooms would have been nice too. Otherwise a great place.

This was a wonderful experience. We were very happy with the house. Just a few recommendations - TVs in the bedrooms and either a new coffee maker, or clean the existing one. The rugs were slippery on the floors at times and I'd be worried about falls. Maybe securing the rugs better would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Not what we expected

When we moved in the house had some issues. The owner was pleasant, eager to fix any problems, and accessible. Evolve was wonderful. The house problem was not the owners fault and she quickly refunded our money so she could fix the problem. Sometimes unforeseen things just happen.

New Years and new grand baby

We stayed at this house because it was close to our youngest daughters house, who had a new baby in Dec. the house was well equipped and fairly clean. There were hairs on the sheets in 2 of the bedrooms. And some weird mossy strings hangin from the living room ceiling. A little confusing with plugging in and out the dishwasher and disposal. Other than those items, the house was very accommodating. It was walking distance to our daughters house in the adjoining neighborhood. We would stay here again if needed.

60th Celebration!

We had everything we needed at his comfortable updated home in Mesa. Our family of 5 had so much fun being together in one spot, playing games on the patio and enjoying a hike at nearby Wind Cave in Usery Mountain Park. We had prompt responses when we had questions and check-in and out was simple!
