Minor issues with property

Only one key but there were two garage door openers but only one worked. This made it awkward with two couples on different schedules. Also icemaker did not work and only one side of toaster worked. Garbage can in garage smelled so bad we moved it outside

We love Moab!!

Amazing property! Loved everything about it. The views were spectacular. Enjoyed the patio and hot tub. Spent one night on the patio star gazing. Have never seen a night sky quite like it. Would definitely recommend this vacation home and hope to return again soon!

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was very clean and the home was set up and welcoming for our arrival. The hot tub was an added bonus during the cold winter evenings following snowy hikes in Arches National Park. The condo was great, well equipped, clean, and we felt very welcomed, even bringing our fur baby! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Cute and comfortable getaway

This condo was perfect for a few nights as we were seeking shelter during a storm and colder weather during a week long camping trip. The place was clean and comfortable and a very nice place to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there. The microwave fuse wasn’t working properly and shorted out (and caused the oven to stop working) each time we tried to use it…so we stopped trying. Also, the hot tub had a lot of leaf debris in it which was a little disappointing considering that there is an extra hot tub fee included. But, those were little things…overall the place was great.

Excellent place to stay for fantastic views and adventures in Arches/Canyonland

We were very pleased to stay at this location for our national park voyage. Very clean, easy to get into Moab, and the hot tub while star gazing is a bonus!

Wonderful Stay

The property is just as pictured - spacious and clean! The hot tub was sooo relaxing. It was a little difficult to find the property in the subdivision in the dark. Otherwise, we had the perfect stay and would totally rent again!

Christmas week stay

Wonderful location to explore the state and national parks near Moab. Complex is quiet and clean, condo is large and beautifully furnished. Everything provided except cooking oil! Best part was NYE snowfall! Highly recommend this unit.

Spacious, Clean Property with Private Hot Tub

I highly recommend this condo if you have a group of 4 to 6 persons and don’t mind paying a little more for the convenience of a private hot tub. My group of 4 spent 6 nights the second week of March 2021. I have no regrets and would recommend the unit with no reservations. The positives include: • Private hot tub - outside a door of the master bedroom on a private deck. We used the hot tub every night and especially appreciated it because the public pool and hot tub had not yet opened. • Spacious property with 3 bedrooms, including master with a king size bed, private bathroom, large closet and its own TV; a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a full or queen size bed with a nice shared bathroom and shower; a large family room with a second TV, kitchen and counter bar and separate dining area, a laundry room with washer/dryer, and a spacious private garage for our rental car. • Fully stocked kitchen – all the necessary cooking utensils, glassware, etc., and coffee maker. • Quiet and very clean– these condos are single story units so there is no noise from other units above, below, or adjacent to this property. • Nice view of the Moab rim and overlooks a field (as opposed to facing another unit). • Easy check-in with access via a lockbox and a code provided by the Moab Property Group. The only improvement I would make if I was being picky was an upgrade in pillows as a few were very lumpy, and the master bed was sitting on a piece of plywood instead of a box spring. Rim Village is 10 minutes from downtown Moab and 15 minutes from Arches National Park’s Visitor Center. But preferable to the construction and road work near the north end and park entrance, and only 10 mins north of Wilson Arch (recommended) off U.S. 191. Be sure to print a map of Rim Village and the unit especially if arriving at night.

Diamond in the rough

Least that's what it felt like! For being a last minute booking in Moab, even in the winter it feels next to impossible to find a rental for a reasonable price without it being booked months in advance. This place was huge and perfect for a relaxing stay, I would absolutely book here again in the future.

Amazing Moab Stay

This was our first time in Moab and we can not wait to return! The house was amazing, spacious + had everything we needed . Only minutes from the downtown area and being dog friendly were huge perks.

Beautiful Townhome!

My husband and I stayed for a few days and it was perfect! Very clean and very easy check-in process! The hot tub was amazing and has great views!! Close to downtown and nearby parks!! We would definitely stay again!
