This place is overrated and looks like a youth hotel. It is near a busy street and a bit noisy. There is no front desk. All is done online without interactions to receive the codes to access the facility. Important, it is a 3 story house without elevators, only stairs. Hence, it is not a place for disabled poeple. Finally, the charges and taxes add 30% to the total price. Be aware!

Disappointed. We booked a deluxe queen room for valentines weekend. Upon booking I was reached out to provide our arrival time. We were given an entry code and instructions. The back and front doors did not need any code at all. It opens just like that and anyone can come in anytime while the area is somewhat sketchy at night. And there's no staff on property. The given code was wrong, it took them an hour to send their maintenence guy. We met four other guests who were given a wrong code as well. When we finally were able to enter the room we saw it was not the room we booked. It had 2 bunk beds, totally felt like a hostel instead of a romantic getaway. They simply said thats the only room they had available. How do you just give whatever you want to a paying customer with no notice? We couldn't find another place to move cause everything was booked out as it was a long weekend. Followed up with their texting line every day only to hear that it is still the only room they have available. On day 2 we heard other guests usuing the same code as us for our room. Their staff assured us it was not possible. On the last day when we checked out, we bumped into another guest who shared they heard someone else using the same code as them and us! So the fact we didn't get out stuff stolen was pure luck! The obly pro is thats its relatively clean. Water fountain with Buddha statue is cute but misreading! Its is not a tranquille getaway it is a hostel in questionable area.

Good hotel for this price

Good rooms, nice a/c , it is clean, no mold, but a bit of moisture smell, dropping water on walls, few flies , and few cockroaches.

Not a hotel we would come back to

We ordered through Hotels.com and did a small blunder as we booked a "dorm room" with 4 beds instead of a queen bed which was not a big issue. Upon arrival, check-in is performed by using a link sent by e-mail before you get a code to access the hotel which might be a bit cumbersome for some people. (there is no receptionist in the lobby) At first we managed to get in to the wrong room with the code that was sent to us as I had read the wrong room number, after realizing this we also got into the correct room with the same code which had us worried for the safety of our stuff if other rooms have the same access code but we did not dare to try again. They have security cameras on all floors which helped a bit. Room was worn, not very clean, lots of dust in corners and in need of a proper clean, some sheets were spotty, we had to remove a cockroach that ran around on the floor. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel at the price they demand. Only positive thing was free parking in the back of the hotel. Stayed in 4 different hotels on this vacation and all were good except Treehouse. The hotel we stayed at near the airport was cleaner the last 2 days had a receptionist, included breakfast, free parking, swimming pool and had clean rooms all at a lower price. Uber to downtown was 5 USD more but well worth it.

The place was small yet ok for the price. Check-in was not as easy and touch less and they promote. You have to call the 800 to get the code to get in. Parking barely fits 6 or 7 cars. Someone broke the door handle and the alarm went off for about 2 hours before someone fixed it. Very annoying . Tenant upstairs had his music blasting through the walls all night long.

The property is in a good location about 10 minutes from the property. The pictures are a little misleading the rooms are very small, and this location is not on the beach like the picture portrays. However the property is in a good location, the room was clean and the property was very nice

I absolutely love this place!! As soon I walked in- I was immediately relaxed. The smell was soo relaxing and refreshing!! The decor was stunning!! Highly recommended!!! Definitely will book this place again!!! The location is perfect. 15 minutes away from beach, 15 minutes away from airport. Restaurants was in walking distance.

the room is closer to the road and there is no noise cancellation at all. Shower handle is broken and even after we complained, it was not fixed during our stay. No vents the room and bathroom. The room is way smaller that it looks in the pictures. Even Motels will be better compared to this. Definitely not going back or recommending to anyone else.

Treehouse stay

You get what you pay! Not anywhere near the Miami beach, hotels.com pictures were misleading. 30 minutes drive from the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. small bathroom, wet floor, good water temperature and pressure. friendly cleaning crew. Not very close to the shopping, 4 blocks walk to Wendys and mini mart. Building was safe and quiet. I was charged twice, I paid on Hotels.com and again charged by Tree House Hotel, filing a dispute with the bank. Overall it's a good place if you have a family stay. Each room has a 4 bunk beds. Had many Buddha statues and pics, calming and serene.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice, smelled very clean walking in. The room was clean for the most part, it could be cleaner tho. There is no kitchen or microwave or anything so that kinda sucked. But I did ask for a mini fridge witch they provided so that was really nice. It’s in a really nice location with a lot of places to eat with in walking distance. The beach is about a 15 min drive away. Everything is pretty close. I would definitely stay again.
