Very cozy and comfortable apartment (and an apartment complex)

This is a translation of the review below which we have left in Russian. This is not a first time we have stayed in this great condo (we are a family of 3 with 3 year old boy). We would recommend it to anybody. It does have a convenient location and close to everything (it seems that everything is within 10 minutes by car). There is a number of various pools (for both adults and kids) available in this apartment complex. It's always clean and quite there. The apartment itself is also clean and cozy: two bedrooms with exceptionally convenient beds and pillows. Two bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you might need. Vicki (apartment owner) is very friendly and always ready to help you out. So Thank you Vicki and Bruce. We hope to say at you location again. Vadim & Natalia

Уютная удобная квартира и весь комплекс вцелом

Уже не в первый раз останавливаемся здесь. Очень удобное расположение комплекса, все необходимые магазины в непосредственной близости, на территории комплекса большое количество разнообразных бассейнов, в том числе, детских, всегда спокойно и очень чисто. Сама квартира тоже чистая и уютная, две спальни с исключительно удобными кроватями и подушками, два санузла, вся бытовая техника высшего качества и в идеальном состоянии. Кухня оснащена абсолютно всем необходимым, вплоть до огромного выбора специй.... останавливались вдвоём с мужем, приезжали сюда с трехлетним ребёнком - здесь всегда было комфортно. Хозяйка квартиры - Вики - приятна в общении, всегда очень дружелюбна и готова помочь. За это ей отдельное спасибо!!! Думаю, мы ещё неоднократно остановимся здесь.....

Nice, quiet complex

I stayed in this condo for 5 months. It was a very quiet complex, very comfortable, close to all conveniences, and met all of my needs. Vicki was wonderful to work with and made sure I had everything I needed. She resolved any maintenance issues immediately, usually within the hour. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Accomodation !

Our stay at your condo proved to be a very delightful experience; the property was clean, well-maintained and had all the amenities, plus extras to make our holiday an enjoyable one. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. Exceleence in Relocation

I came down to Mesa with a job transfer. I stayed at this condo for almost 50 days while our house was being built. Vicki is an excellent host and the condo had all the needed amenities. The condo is very spacious and bright. I stayed during the spring to summer months and this was much cheaper than a hotel and it also felt like my home. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub before I went to bed.

Much Much better than staying in a hotel/motel

My family and I enjoyed our stay here just for the fact that the land-lady, Ms. Vicky Gilbert, was very accomodating of our needs. Made us feel at home. Her place is comfortable, inviting and relaxing.Also this place is close to lots of entertainment spots and close proximity to US-60 makes it a lot easier to get around Phoenix area. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for vacation/business trip in Phoenix area.

This condo was perfect for our stay!

The description of this condo fit it perfectly. This was the first time we stayed at a vacation private rental, as apposed to a hotel, and I am so glad we made this choice! At first it seemed like we were in someone else's home, as there truly are furnishings, fixtures, and ammenities as if someone was living there, but that only took one day to get used to, then it was great. Everytime we were out somewhere and on our way back to the condo, we found ourselves saying "let's go home" instead of the usual "let's go back to the hotel", and that was because it was our home away from home for sure. This gated community has very pleasant surroundings, and is nice and quiet. Sure, there are a few rules, but as long as you display your parking decal and don't back in to park, there really isn't any problems. The pool and the hot tub were awesome to look forward to going in each evening, after our day's adventures. The owner, Vicki, was wonderful to work with; she genuinely cares that you have a great stay, and I believe she would go out of her way to help you out however she can to make your stay as nice as possible. You will not be disappointed with this condo, and like us, you will probably be looking to stay there again! Thanks Vicki, and we will be in touch. Brenda & Rick

Thanks Vicki for a wonderful stay in your condo. The location was great. Easy access to everything. It was a "home base" for all the side trips we took. Beautiful Sedona,Tucson, and exciting Las Vegas. On our way back to Mesa from these trips, we referred to it as going home!

My wife and I stayed the week of March 4th to 13th 2010. Condo was very nice and had everything you needed. What was especially nice was the computer in the condo. Vicki was very nice and more than accomodating. We would reccomend this rental as a very nice place to stay.

We stayed in unit 339 dur...

We stayed in unit 339 during April/May 09. Our plane was delayed over six hours and Vicki was very accommodating and met us at midnight to let us in the unit. The unit has everything we needed including cable internet, very comfortable beds, quite area, and easy road access in every direction. We were very pleases with the unit. We stayed in Vicki's cond...

We stayed in Vicki's condo in November, 2009 and found the unit to be very soundproof and very functional. The location is great as it is just a block or so from the highway but without highway noise. The weather was fabulous with sun almost every day and temperatures above normal. Definitely a condo that allows you access to the Phoenix area outdoors, many shopping malls and surrounding area. And Vicki does her best to accommodate your every need.

We have spent 3 nice week...

We have spent 3 nice weeks in this condo while on a biz trip to AZ. The condo is very cozy and convinient. Whatever we need (and more) could be easily found in one of the closets. The condo is conviniently located close to mall, Wallmart and other stores. Also, we would like to note exceptional hospitality of the owners. Thank you Vicky and Bruce! Everything was great!!!

This property is truly a home-away-from-home; it has every comfort that you could expect. The kitchen is more complete than many people's own kitchens. And, just as advertised by the property owner, the site is very convenient to all Phoenix (Valley of the Sun) attractions. The property owners have been very accommodating during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.
