The property is wonderful, and the view was beautiful. Great location and easy check in process. This was a mom and daughter trip, and we enjoyed the property, and the location was perfect with stores and restaurants close by.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There are no extra kitchen items so make sure to bring coffee for that first morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 272 over a dozen times & were happy to be there again. We appreciate the remodel in 2017 but a few minor improvements would go a long way. Cleaners need to be more thorough. Area behind night stands in mbr has much dirt and stains on the wall. Very few cooking utensils, ie spatulas, large spoons,etc. Serious rusting on base of lanai chairs (they were not part of 2017 renovation). AC in 2nd bdr had minimal cold air. Master bath drawers are in disrepair. Lastly, roll-up shades on lanai are inoperable. Overall great condo, will definitely stay there again. The new living room furniture is a great touch. Most important, Evette @ Sullivan Prop was outstanding to work with and has best customer service skills we have ever seen. The only disappointing issue was SOK staff at check-in never advised us the restaurant and bar would be closed 2 days into our 10 day stay.

Beautiful condo, with stunning views.

My family of 6 loved staying at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has gorgeous views of the Ocean. You can see turtles daily from the veranda. It is managed by Sullivan properties, who did an excellent job of managing a minor plumbing issue during our stay. Lots of towels were provided, and beds were comfortable. Please note items that would be beneficial to future renters: laundry basket, flashlight, first aid kit, stainless steel dishes, scissors, lids for pots, and functional beach chairs.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This condo was very nice and clean. Location was great! Plenty of room for our family if 4. Sitting on the balcony and watched 3-4 sea turtles every day and even saw a monk seal! Thank you.

We stayed there 5 years ago & still very well maintained. Could use more kitchen appliances & ware. We did have an incident with bathroom toilet clogging & on a Sat afternoon Sullivan properties got someone there w/in 30 min. Air conditioning worked well except for in the second bedroom (fan was provided). Restuarant on property was good at there twice. Beach however, had really eroded since last time we visited 5 yrs ago. It apparently was due to hurricane in 2018. Kapalua Bay beach also had eroded... a bit sad to see. We enjoyed our stay in this Unit.

Reviewer Comments: Had a great condo with a/c well equipped with all the necessary items a family needs including 2 coffee makers.Ocean view from lanai was spectacular.Enough kitchen equipment to satisfy anyone.Towels were easily washed as needed with washer and dryer in unit.Furnture was adequate as were beds.A/C had a bit of trouble getting to 2nd bedroom but there were fans to help that need.Sheets in 2nd bedroom need replacing.Otherwise everything was GREAT and enjoyed byall.Would love to return sometime in future.

Love the corner unit with full ocean view and 2 lanais. There is air conditioning also which makes it very comfortable although it does not work well in the guest bedroom but there are fans than can be used.We had an issue with some water leakage from the hot water heater. Called Sullivan, left the place for the day and all was fixed when we came back froma day of snorkeling.

The property was clean and fresh and staff friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, Thank you for reading our story. My wife and I got married on Maui 17 years ago. It was our 1st time and we stayed at the Sheraton on Black Rock. Then we stayed at the Allie the next time. Super expensive there, but it is nice . Then we were looking around and we stopped by Sands of Kahana. They told us that it was a time share resort, but a gentleman by the name of Pat Sullivan owns a few that he rents out. His office is right down the street. So of course we drove over there. I walked in and he says ya have a seat and it just so happened that unit 272 and a couple others were open that day. He gave us the keys and said take your time no hurry I am here all day. I couldn't believe it, He just hands me 4 keys like everything is cool and right on. When we walked into 272 we knew this was our spot. It has been our spot ever since. Which we have been to Maui about 18 times. Just like this last trip no disappointments . I cannot say enough about Pat and his grown kids that also work there and the entire staff. Stephanie is awesome and so is Steve. I know most of them I always stop and chat with Pat for a few minutes. Unit 272 has amazing views that never stop. The unit is clean and he replaced the mattresses in the guest bedroom. Very comfortable and there is no issues with water pressure when it comes to the shower. It is always very clean and tidy when we arrive. You will see housekeeping staff . They do not even enter any of Pats units. He has his own people that come in and clean. Please keep that in mind if you need anything do not contact anyone there, just give the office a call and Stephanie will take care of you. I hope that you get lucky enough to stay there. There is a great restaurant across the street called Dollies. I left a menu for you in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink. They make everything in house. We get it to go and eat outside on our lani . Thank you to everyone at Sullivan Properties. Take care and we will see you next time
