Great Location

Great location - only a short walk to the beach. Pool is right across the parking lot. The balcony was lovely with great views.

The property location was great for our family. The unit had issues that were never resolved due to the property owner being incommunicado. We called Evolve on our last night, and they are working to resolve the issues. The unit was nicely decorated but needs updating.

Second time staying

Once again we enjoyed our stay. The whole family loves to watch for wildlife on the balcony right on the lagoon. Good location to walk to beach and we enjoying having the pool so close. Clean and comfortable, thanks again!

Fiddlers Cove Stay

The building was extremely convenient to the pool (which was right across the parking lot.) The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes away. The condo was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the basic amenities. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds and turtles in the lagoon area. The condo did have some basic beach equipment. The beach chairs were all in working order although the straps had broken (so they were not able to be carried.) We had brought a wagon with us so we just loaded the chairs into the wagon when we went to the beach.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for me, my husband and our son and it's walking distance to the ocean so we could catch the sunrise every morning. There are lots of tennis/ pickleball courts and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the pond.

The stay at the condo was great. The location was very close to the beach. The balcony had a nice view of the lagoon and we saw plenty of birds as well as turtles swimming. Everything inside the condo worked.The condo itself is very old and worn out though.

Beautiful Home

This condo is absolutely just as shown in the pictures; so beautiful! The back view off the deck was so pretty. Two alligators to enjoy watching and a whole lot of turtles too in the lagoon. What an amazing week! Thanks Amber!!!

Absolutely amazing stay!

This property was amazing! Unit was clean, beds we're comfortable, which is always a plus, plentiful appliances, utensils, linens, and streaming devices in every room😃. Communication was excellent, had no issues at all, just a nice relaxing stay. Beach access was about a 10 minute walk with instructions provided inside the unit. Pool area was located just outside, and even the WiFi was available poolside, a nice plus! There was a lot of thought put into making sure our comfort was taken care of and it definitely showed. We'd definitely stay again, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay at HHI.

Lovely villa

The villa was spotless and peaceful. Beautiful balcony overlooking lagoon. Great for birdwatching. Had everything we needed. Could have used written instructions for operating the TV & cable. Otherwise perfect.

This is the best place we have stayed in HHI! The condo was very clean, spacious, and was overall perfect for our little family. There were beach chairs, toys for the kids, including sand toys, plenty of towels and blankets, and everything we could need! The owners were fantastic with communication. The location was amazing, our baby monitors reached the pool right across from the condo, and the walk to the beach was short enough to do several times a day! We will definitely be back here for future visits!

Wonderful place to stay

This rental unit was great! Unit had everything we needed and more. Our family specifically enjoyed the location. Pool was just across the parking lot and access to multiple beach locations were a quick bike ride away. Various areas of the island easily accessible with a quick car ride. We all enjoyed watching the gator and turtles each day in the pond off the deck. Spent a lot of time on the deck, as it allowed for outdoor time but out of the sun.Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to be on the "quieter" side of the island!

Perfect for a family vacation

Exactly as advertised. Great location, easy walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub are steps away. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Even though the condo is towards the back of the property, there are side gates that bring you right to the path for biking or to get to the beach. It's was the perfect location for our spring getaway. Amber and Stephen were quick to respond and answer questions. Would definitely rent again.

Great Spot

We loved the location in the property with close proximity to the large pool and a short walk to beach. A beach wagon or cart would be helpful for guests, but we were able to use our bikes/trailer rental to help cart stuff. The place was clean with plenty of space and a large deck. Beds were comfy and access to lots of options on TV (we did have some rainy days, so that was nice for the kids). Great location on the island, a little away from the busyness of Coligny and other areas, but a short drive or bike ride. I enjoyed returning to the quiet of this place. Check in/out was a breeze and the guest contact was responsive when needed! Also, loved the provided necessities like trash bags/soap for the stay and the kids toys/activities as we weren't able to bring much when traveling. There were some toys, games, coloring supplies and beach toys which we used! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was beautiful. We knew a Family that had stayed in it before so we booked it knowing it was pretty. The condo was great, but it was pretty dirty when we arrived. It had been cleaned, but very surface level. We found a rotten sippy cup of milk under a bed, there was old food in the sofa chairs and kitchen chairs, the kids feet turned black after only being inside for an hour. This is in no way the owners fault. But if I owned the condo and my cleaning company was leaving it like this after being paid I would want to know.

Another great vacation on HHI!

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for 30 years and have always stayed at Fiddlers Cove with the exception of a few years when we rented a home. We have stayed at this particular condo two times and we have always been happy with our stay there. With that being said, we definitely have noticed a decline in the way that the Fiddlers Cove complex in general is being taken care of. In years past, no one was allowed to leave bikes, towels, shoes, beach chairs, etc. in the hallways or have items hanging from the balcony. This year, however, that rule seems to not apply any longer. The sidewalks were dirty and did not have the pine needles blown off as in years past. The fencing surrounding the complex definitely needs repaired. There were whole planks missing, and the tops of the planks were rotted off. The lock at the gate closest to our unit didn’t work properly and even after being replaced we still had to use another entrance. At one time, Fiddlers Cove was a pristine place to stay. Sadly, I fear you are going to lose long time visitors if something isn’t done about the management of the complex. We overheard other people at the pool saying the same thing. There is a definite difference in the way the complex looked compared to other years.

Fabulous trip

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for over 20 years and have stayed in a variety of homes and condos over the years. This unit was definitely one of the best we have stayed in at Fiddlers Cove. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean and ready for our arrival. It is well maintained and the back porch was awesome and gave our grandkids extra fun looking for the gator! It was the perfect gathering place for meals with our children and grandkids that were also staying at Fiddlers Cove. The only downside of the condo is the master bedroom bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and we had to push the two single beds together in the smaller bedroom so that we could sleep. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Directions for the tv’s would be helpful too! And a guestbook so that others can leave tips and ideas for first timers to the island!! Steps away from the larger of the two pools in the complex and the gate to head to the beach is right outside the door too! Highly recommend staying in this unit!
