It was a really cute condo. The only problem we had was the shower in the Maser bath was only lukewarm, but the guest bath shower ran super hot. Probably needs some temperature control modification for sure. Otherwise a great stay.

Nice quiet location but the only drawback is there are no elevators. If you're on the third floor, you have to haul everything up two flights of stairs.

A wonderful place to stay on Hilton Head island

The condo is newly remodeled, renovated and very clean. The layout was perfect for myself and two teens with a Queen, 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa with two bathrooms. It has a nice balcony with beach gear overlooking the pool. Everything is provided to just walk in and enjoy your vacation. Check in was a breeze. The grounds are nice and accommodating with pools and a sound/beach water way just steps away from the beach. If you want more waves local beaches are within 5 minutes away with free parking. About 10-15 minutes away are beach shops, Hilton heads beach and many restaurants. Also I liked that the property is on the quieter end of the island to be able to escape the hustle and bustle. It’s very family friendly and would be perfect for a couple as well. I would definitely stay again.

We liked the home with it being right by the pool and you could walk out to the beach. close to a lot of things but isn’t right in the busy part of town. Few things that could improve is a nice pots and pans set. The ones there are bad and it made cooking difficult. Otherwise a really nice place.

Too much jelly

The condo itself was clean and updates that were in progress are nice. Appliances are in good to great shape, new wine fridge is a good addition, but the new Keurig leaked like the bottom of the k cup wasn't punctured.The rest of the complex needs repair too. The fact that it is on the third floor with no elevator is a draw back. The porch/walkway had quite a few spongy places that soon need repair. Advertising said a short walk to the beach, but it is sound side and the beach smells like the bottom of a farm pond. The "beach" was small and covered in dead jellyfish and feral cats are everywhere. One of the two pools was never cleaned and was shaded all day, the other had a pool light in the deep end that was out of place and laying on the pool side with an orange cone on it. One ladder had a no swimming sign on it but the other ladder nor the three gates did not. People still swam.

Hilton Head Vacay

The property was very nice and clean. There have been some recent updates that were very nice. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had concerning our stay. The property is secluded and beautiful. Just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. It is a third floor unit with no elevator. We definitely got our exercise while there. We enjoyed our stay. Would possibly stay again if we return to HHI.

Spa Port Royal 3rd story

The property is clean. Please note it is on the 3rd floor, no elevator in the complex. Overall the unit is clean. The bleach smell when we first arrived was overwhelming. Thankfullly I always pack my scentsy and diffuser. We found several small issues with the units, nothing major. It's a nice place but could use some updating. We really like the complex, Spa @ Port Royal but would probably not stay in this unit again.

Location was as described and quiet environment.

Everything was good, condo does need some upgrades but was perfect location to the beach. Enjoyed the swings to sit at in the shade and was always quiet with great environment.

Hilton Head oceanfront

She had everything you needed, even with an entire family. Just know it's a third floor condo with no elevator. A parking fee of $20 is collected initially when going thru the guard gate. Very comfortable!

Poor location; not on the beach as advertised; very loud outside

We would not stay there ever again. Not located on or near the beach (within easy walking distance). Very loud with constant maintenance crews and constant airplanes flying into the local airport. Very poor TV reception with no cable connection. Third story accommodation only accessible by two flights of stairs; very difficult to maneuver with luggage. Extremely dissatisfied with the property and location. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice, quiet place that is out of the way with some minor issues.

The condo itself was nice enough for the price point: a little old with some redos, like a new shower and a breakfast nook. The screened in porch was also a big plus. The unit was on the third floor. It was not my first choice (I wasn't given one) but, it's better than being on the first floor, where people can see what you are doing. The kitchen was cramped: little counter and storage spaces with the silverware container being on top of the microwave because there was no drawer space. The garbage disposal stopped working the first day we arrived. I texted the property manager who said she would try to get someone out there to fix it but, it never happened. There were two bikes that we were supposed to have access to. However, I was told that it was a combination lock and not a key lock to get to them; unfortunately, there was no key. It would've been nice to bike around the island since Hilton Head is made for it. Our family of three was just the right amount for the space in the unit. Anything more could be a little tight, personal space-wise. While I guess in reality you COULD sleep 6 people in the unit, it would be very cramped. The condo complex was very nice and lush (actually all of HH is). The pool and hot tub was something we used almost daily. Be warned, the indoor salt-water pool is COLD. I tried to get into the "fitness room" (kind of an understatement for what it was) but the door was locked. The beach is actually on the sound and it's right behind the complex. No big waves and not really the best place to swim because the water is so murky, there are sharks as well as rip currents, but awesome to stroll along in the morning, when the tide is way out and in the evening. You can also just sit with your toes in the water and read or do whatever. The closest public beach is Folly Field and it's only ten minutes away. I would recommend that over Coligny Beach, which had to to be the most crowded beach we had ever seen, the one time we went there. Would we stay at the Spa again? Maybe. Aside from the issues I listed above, the only other down side is that you have to drive to anything: the Atlantic Ocean beaches, shops, etc. but, HH is not that big to begin with (12 miles long) so 5-10 minutes from the condo there are plenty of stores if you need anything. Still it would be nice to stay somewhere where you can walk or bike instead of drive.

Nice but not a central location if that is what you are looking for.

The property was nice enough. The unit itself is old and our condo was on the third floor. Given a choice I would not have chosen the third floor but it is what it is. There were some renovations done in the unit too, like a new shower and breakfast nook. The kitchen needs a redo since it is cramped and the storage space is very compact (the sliverware was in a holder on top of the microwave). The screened in porch was also a BIG plus since it kept out the bugs at night. Pros: 1.Nice, quiet location situated in a really pretty complex, and it is walking distance from a beach (it's right behind the condo complex) but not an actual beach, with big waves, etc. since it's on the sound. No matter; if you are looking to relax with very small waves then you will love it. 2.The pool and hot tub is great 3. Condo was big enough for a family of 3 4. The scenery itself is fantastic. I love how green and luscious the island is. Cons: 1.You have to drive anywhere you want to go: restaurants, shops, etc. and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes away, which is Folly Field. I would NOT recommend going to Coligny Beach unless you want to see the most crowded beach you have ever seen. 2. The condo kitchen was small, with very limited counter space. 3. Garbage disposal stopped working the first day we were there and the property manager never sent anyone out to fix it the week of our stay. Not that big a deal but still... 4. Even though there are 2 bikes that come with the property to be used, I was not able to access them because they were locked up and I did not have a key. I was told that there was a combo lock for the bikes but obviously that was wrong. I would have really liked to have biked around the island. 6. There were 2 boogie boards to use but alas, both were cracked in half. 5. Wifi was pretty bad. As a whole we really enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. It is by far the prettiest beach town I have ever seen and it's not very long (12 miles to be exact) so, if you wanted to drive from one end to the other it wouldn't take that long. I am sure we will go back but maybe next time we will stay somewhere just a little bit more central so that we can walk more instead of drive. .

Excellent Condo

Had a great time staying here. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. Kids loved having an option of 3 pools to swim in! Very close to the ocean! Saw lots of different sea-life. Very short drive if you want to swim at other local beaches.

The location is nice. But, wouldn't stay again.

Postives: Manager is kind; great location; and 2 bedrooms Negatives: Room wasn't clean well. Got early check-in, showed up 1 hr later, she was still cleaning; comforters were dirty with stains, patio wasn't clean and trash covered up by beach chairs, I had to get up. No trash bags. No iron, had to purchase one. It's on the 3rd floor- No elevators. She did reimburse me for the comforters I had to purchase. Our room had a patched up hole without paint.

Will not stay here again.

This was the worst experience to the beach I have ever experienced. Unit was very dirty such as hair in beds commodes cabinets. Dead bugs in floor. Peanuts in floor. Beds looked like they had been slept in and cover pulled up. Not to mention several lack of maintenance issues.

Family Beach Retreat

Our little family of 3 had a great time visiting Hilton Head Island for the first time. We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach, the indoor and outdoor pools and the natural beauty of the area. We look forward to returning and further explorations of the area in the future. We would definitely return and sty again.

Honeymoon Haven

The place was as advertised. We really enjoyed the pools, the beach, the hammock, the swings, the bikes, and the general facility. Kimberly was wonderful to work with. It’s important to note that it is right near the airport so being outside means you will continually hear planes flying over as they land and take off. Hilton head is a wonderful place to stay and we much appreciated our time here.
