We received excellent communication from Grace regarding our check-in process and where to find keys. The house is situated in a quiet street, walking distance to the beach and a small supermarket and only a few minutes drive to Batemans Bay, Mogo Zoo and other local attractions. We were welcomed on our first morning by a gorgeous but cheeky rainbow lorikeet who literally knocked on the door and came back to farewell us on our last day. There were dolphins swimming in the bay almost every time we went to the beach. The weather was perfect for a midwinter holiday, and I think this would be a lovely place to stay at any time of the year.

Beautiful

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Beautifully clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. In a lovely street, very close walk to the beach. We had the best week!

Location is perfect, our townhouse was spotless and quite large. The home was really well furnished and our hosts were excellent with communication. I cannot recommend Parker by the Sea more highly it is a great place to stay

Family Get Away

Kids at the Beach

The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed. It was lovely having the grass area where the little ones could run around and eat their evening ice-creams. Double garage meant cool cars. The location is perfect! Close to many beaches and only a short walk to Surf Beach via Wimbie beach. Good communication with Claire and seamless checkin. Would stay again and definitely recommend. 🤗

Issues with hotwater temperature

the property is lovely and quite, and really close to the beach. however, there was not enough hot water, and after a few barely warm showers, I did not like it. kind regards, Jiao

Spacious accommodation and quiet location

The property was located on a quiet street and very convenient for walking to shops and beach. The double garage and wide driveway made parking easy (we fitted two reasonable size vehicles in the garage one night when there was a severe thunderstorm warning - fortunately it didn't happen. All the bedrooms were a good size, and the lounge dining and kitchen were also large and the kitchen was well appointed - all the bits and pieces that we needed. The wifi was easy to connect to and we had not problems with it. The instructions and assistance from Grace were clear and correct and Grace was very helpful when we had to make a late change to the number of people that were staying at the property.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a fantastic time at Surf Beach. The townhouse was huge, new and exceptionally clean. The beach, IGA, bottle shop etc were 2 mins drive down the road. The pizza there was delicious. The teenagers were happy with wifi, the 3 year old loved the children's DVDs. Dishwasher and washing machine were quick. Wonderful.

Great place to stay. Will be back again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parker by the Sea. The townhouse was very conveniently located to the beach and the Surf Bach shops (walking distance). The townhouse was modern, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Our son loved the wide range of kids DVD that was on offer. Our host Grace was very welcoming and provided us with all the useful information. Our holiday was cut short by the bush fires but will definitely be back at Parker by the Sea very soon. Highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks Grace!
