2つのレベルに設定すると、家は2つの家族に簡単に対応できます。 5つのベッドルームと3つのバスルームを備えたこの家は、15人まで収容できます。

2階には、openの暖炉��HDフラットスクリーンテレビを備えた大規模なオープンプランのリビング/ダイニングがあります。 階下には大きなラウンジ、2番目の薄型テレビ、DVDS、ビリヤード台があります。 -木材は供給されませんのでご注意ください

美しい下層階のデッキには、海の景色、玄関ひさし、ガスヒーターもあります。 下位レベルには2つのバーベキューもあります。 このエリアには緑豊かな庭園と芝生もあります。敷地内の芝生の公園に戻り、遊歩道まで徒歩2分です。

Something for everyone

Great location and view of encounter bay. Great walk for the tweens to the Esplanade. They loved the pool and poker table downstairs and the presentation of the bedrooms was excellent. Lots of extra equipment for cooking in kitchen that we were not expecting. Definitely think of staying again sometime.

Review

Cleanliness of the property disappointing. Previous occupants clothing found behind beds. Bathrooms needed a more thorough clean, suggest renovations. Third bathroom facility completely laughable. Shower reminiscent of Harry Potter …. under the stairs! BUT - we as a family had a wonderful holiday in the house.

Rumbelow house

House is great - fabulous views and location and very clean. Stayz is extremely hard to book with though as the link kept expiring and it took three seperate bookings over a two week period to actually have it booked. Photos need updating as well. There was no mention of using the wood fire inside so communication about that would have been good and maybe some wood left to use one of the nights.

A nice house and view

The house, location and view were all spectacular and I was able to promptly contact anybody i needed to if i had an issue. Unfortunately this stay was let down by the stains already pre-existing in the carpet, the ripped pool table and the poker table with a busted foot bar that wasn't screwed in. Ontop of that there were doors that wouldn't get stay locked and doors that wouldn't close.

Encounter bay getaway

Omg it was simply amazing. The views were to die for. The property was amazing. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will be back fir sure.

Mostly fantastic holiday home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rumbelow Street. The views are exceptional, the house is 'as described' and very comfortable for multiple families. We felt the list of instructions on arrival and departure were a bit overwhelming, and with kids staying as part of our group it was stressful at times worrying we might miss one of the many 'to do' jobs when we left at the end of our stay. We were very disappointed that both gas bottles were left empty, and as we arrived later in the day on our arrival we were unable to get them filled, which completely changed our plans for dinner that night. The downstairs DVD player also wasn't able to be connected for the kids for the 'movie night' we had planned for them. Overall, it is a lovely property - just be aware of the expectations that come with it.

Neat and tidy house with a gorgeous view

House was lovely enough with a gorgeous view but my family didn’t have any storage in the kitchen for our needs . Pantry was locked. We had young children so yards wasn’t secured for them. Seemed like a party house where hens night and bucks show were used there often. The house did have a beautiful view but just lacked certain things our lamps in main bedrooms weren’t working . No wifi access Having to bring our own tea towels, towels and linen . With the price you just expect it to be a bit more luxurious. But overall a lovely stay with family from interstate .

Luxury and comfort

What a beautiful place for a getaway with friends and/or family. The house was in a stunning location, was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and was very comfortable. We had a girls' weekend there and had taken food down for the Friday evening and planned to go out for dinner on the Saturday. But the view from the main living area was so stunning that we decided to eat in instead! Highly recommended.

Awesome views!

11 of us stayed at this property for a Hen's Weekend. Accommodation was comfortable and generally clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular however would have been even more so if the windows had had a bit of a clean (tracks were in desperate need of a thorough clean). We struggled with where to put rubbish as could not locate any bin bags. Cutlery was pretty dirty and needed a good clean prior to use. We also ran out of hot water after only a couple of short showers in the morning and use of the dishwasher - had to wait until the morning for it to heat up again which is not great considering the property advertises as catering for up to 14 people. Certainly couldn't beat the location, living spaces, comfort and layout but for the cost, a few minor issues would need to be rectified before we'd return. We did however very much enjoy our stay and thank you!

Great stay

We stayed here with 4 families with young children. Was a perfect set up for us with 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas. House was very well equipped and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all our meals. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful views!

Heaps of space, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with good appliances! We loved the space in this house after staying with 6 adults and 6 children (aged between 9 and 9 months). Access to the garage was appreciated. There's a door at the top of the stairs which is fabulous for crawlers and small kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only requirement is a bigger bin, oven needs a big clean, and a new vacuum cleaner. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to relax!
