Hi there! I'm a proud Western Michigan University Alumni with a heart for service and a passion for hospitality. My journey has been a colorful one - I spent 27 wonderful years in the Food and Retail Industry, where I learned that the best part of any business is the people you meet and the smiles you create.

In 2007, I followed a spark of curiosity into Real Estate Investing, and it has been such a rewarding adventure ever since.

My husband Prentis & I moved to the beautiful state of Arkansas in 2019, and we love the peace and community we've found here sunshine & trees.

Family is my world. Prentis and I are blessed with a beautifully blended family, including 10 wonderful adoptive children, now all adults and a dear step son and 16 grandchildren.

As you can imagine, our lives are full of love, laughter, and plenty of practice in making people feel right at home.

When I'm not hosting; you can usually find me staying active and enjoying life's simple pleasures!

I enjoy the peacefulness of this community, serene and children friendly with the local elementary school only two blocks away. It has a community park with playground equipment.

And it is a convenient area for local shopping, and dining and entertainment at the Thunderbowl bowling alley. New to this area, coming this summer at Go Cart Arena.

Convenience & Safety: We offer a two-car garage for secure parking and a step-free entry for easy access. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell and an outward-facing security camera over the garage.
