There are no TVs in the bedroom, he really doesn’t answer messages, but the house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and when he does eventually answer, the issues get resolved. I would stay again.

Second time here

Have stayed on both first and second floors now. Both apartments are just fine. Nothing fancy but entirely adequate. I am within walking distance of much of what I like to do in Schenectady. William is a great host! Definitely would, and probably will, stay here again.

Pros-Good size house. King size bed was comfortable. Large tv in the living room. Window A/Cs cool the house well. Washer/dryer were helpful William the owner was responsive and had clear instructions for the house. Cons-Neighborhood is less than desirable. House is pretty run down and needs some maintenance work like paint where it’s peeling off or for stained walls. Broken door in the closet in one of the bedrooms etc. overall very basic accommodations.

Very good bargain. Right across from Union college. Air conditioning in every room helped us sleep well on the hot days. Was nicely stocked with great coffee, all linens, towels, huge tv, beds were as good as any hotel. My only negative would be the front bedroom is noisier from traffic. Otherwise, this property is great value for the cost. Will come again next year.

Good value, fit for purpose

“Just outside” stockade may be a better description. Just across from Union College the neighborhood seemed safe but less that middle class. Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. The “K cup” portion of the coffee pot didn’t work and there were some minor maintenance items that could bring up the interior. It is a good value. It was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and the property was convenient in location to pretty much everything we were doing.

When i arrived at the property at 7.50 pm to check in we were unable to enter the property, no one was there to let us in and we didn't have the codeto enter so we had tofind a nearby Hotels to spend the night that cost us $85.00 for the night, then next morning we returned to the property and when I checked my messages thats when I saw the entry code was emailed to me so in reality we only spent 2 nights in the apartment but it's a nice place very clean and well kept but I was very upset and disappointed having to spend the first night in a cheap Hotel because we were unable to enter one the first night of 7/29 anywe

Great space and kitchen. TV and WiFi worked well. Nice place off the street to park the car. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay

The place was bigger than it looked in the pictures so I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in. The entire apartment was really clean. The only downside that wasn't mentioned in the listing is the noise level from the cars passing by and the bus that stops nearly in front of the house. I didn't have my headphones but it would've came in handy but that might be a me problem since I'm a light sleeper.

Great place. Clean and completely stocked with everything needed to stay comfortably for a week

Apartment was clean and well stocked. Two large bedrooms. Large living room with TV, fireplace and couch. Kitchen was huge and we had everything needed to cook. Easy to check in and out. On-site parking. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops and downtown Schenectady. Safe and affordable. Would highly recommend. Anthony was responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

Clean, Basic Getaway

This was a very clean but very basic rental. It had everything we needed but the beds were very soft and the livingroom furniture was uncomfortable. It is very close to the road so road noise was constant in the front bedroom. The full-sized washer and dryer were a big plus!

Comfortable and Convenient

Had a lovely stay! Owner is responsive and welcoming. The location is convenient. Having a washer and dryer was great. The massage chair in front of the large TV was also quite enjoyable! Would stay here again.

Perfect place for long stays

William's place is exceptional and has everything you need for a short or long stay. I stayed here for 4 weeks for a clinical rotation at Ellis Hospital which is about a 2 minute drive from the place. The place is kept extremely clean and is spacious. The massage chair was a great added touch! William is a great and attentive host. Will definitely recommend!
