Wonderful stay

Four of us stayed at this great house in February. Lina and Blaze were great hosts and were quick to help with anything we asked. The house was spotless and in a great location. The pool and yard are better than the pics. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay

The owners were on site in a separate house and were very nice. They made sure we had everything we needed and were pleasant to chat with. We will keep this property in our preferred list.

Family friendly

Overall, our family of five stayed at this location. The place was nice & clean. The pool was convenient for children and adults. The neighborhood is safe and the host was very responsive to our request. Most importantly for us the beds were confortable including the sofa bed.

Grateful for a great experience!

Blaise, Lina, & fam were awesome. We'd take them as neighbors anytime! We took Lina's recommendations for dinner 3 of 4 nights (4th we just had leftovers) and enjoyed each one! Nice location and hot tub was a huge win with our kids. If the pool was heated, we would've hit that up too... but it was a bit too cool for us (though my husband braved a couple laps). They have a friendly dog, though my kids were a bit intimidated by her (as they are any dog). Overall, a great time!

Nice place in a central location

We stayed at this location in January 2023 to attend a conference downtown Fort Lauderdale. We are 2 adult couples. We enjoyed the location of this property. It is central to downtown, things to do and eat, and close to the ocean/beach. (A car is needed) We enjoyed having room to spread out at this property, a kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hot tub was a welcome add on that we used most nights. (the pool is not heated) The house was overall clean, but not immaculate as I expected when renting. Blaise and Lina (and Bugsy, their dog) were great! They are on site, I didn't remember reading that in the listing but that didn't affect our stay. Something that I wondered when looking at this listing (because it wasn't in any pictures), was what/where the table was...it is a small counter height table with stools. We enjoy eating together and playing cards/games and this table was not sufficient for either really. FYI

Nice place in central location

We spent 5 days at this location in January (2023). We are 2 couples who attended a conference in downtown Fort Lauderdale. This house was a great hub for our stay. We liked having room to spread out, our own bathrooms for each couple, and the central location (close to downtown, things to do, and the ocean/beach). The hot tub was an unexpected perk that we used most nights before bed. We enjoyed our vacation here!

AMAZING

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Beautiful and clean place that is close to so many of the necessities. Beach and airport are both only 15 mins by Uber. Walking distance to enterprise and Hertz, if you want to rent a car. Restaurants everywhere. We will definitely book here the next time we come to Florida. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Great House Great Owners

I stayed in this house with 6 friends for 3 months. This large property offers all the comforts you desire, from the cleanliness of the facility, to the large kitchen and living room space. The amenities are numerous and very well maintained. The owners Blaise, Lina and Buggy are friendly and will not hesitate to help and guide you around Fort Lauderdale if needed. If I were to return to Florida, this would be the first place I would stop. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic Stay

Owners Blaise and Lina were fantastic and accommodating. The property is perfect for a getaway, and the yard with the pool and hot tub was a huge plus. We have an infant, and Blaise and Lina were very accommodating in providing some items that we would have traveled with, saving us a lot of travel aggrevation. We would stay again.

Great Location Beautiful Place

This was a great vacation base! Close to everything. Blaise and Lina were great host and always wanting to help and even improve. Hard to improve perfection. The pool/hot tub was awesome!

My friends and I stayed in this house for almost 3 months and we had the best time ever. The house is really great and it has everything you need in it for a short or a long stay. We got to use the pool as much as we wanted which was very nice of the owners. Speaking about them, they were really nice and gave us many advice during our stay. It really was great! I loved it!

Perfect home and perfect hosts

We are a group of 7 students from France and we spent 10 weeks at Urban Finca. This was a wonderful trip ! The house was perfectly clean and well decorated. The living room and the kitchen were very nice. What’s more we really appreciated the pool and the hot tub. The neighborhood is quite calm and there is a park with a basketball court 3 min far from the house by walk. The householders, Blaise and Lina, are such an amazing couple. They are very friendly and helpful. They immediately helped us when we had some issues and did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We strongly recommend this place !

Beautiful home with fantastic hosts!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! The hosts are so kind and helpful, the home itself is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful, and the proximity to restaurants, bars, and even the beach is ideal. The pool is also a nice touch :) We love it and can't wait to come back!

AMAZING- Will Stay here again!!!!

We had the BEST time in this beautiful home! It was in such a great location, close to everything. Even walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Loved having the private pool and hot tub right there. This home was recently remodeled, and done beautifully. We will definitely be staying here again!

Gorgeous house in a perfect location!

This place is absolutely beautiful, everything is newly renovated and minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale, the beach, and walking distance to the up and coming neighborhood, FAT Village. The pool and outside courtyard area was my favorite part to enjoy the Florida sun during the day and hot tub at night. Lina and Blaise were excellent hosts and available when I needed them. I stayed here for a week and will definitely be coming back.
