ユニット-この3階のユニットは、バルコニーとリビングエリアからハーバーを一望できます。 リビングエリアは、フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、ダイニングエリア、コンロ、オーブン、電子レンジ、食器洗い機付きのフルキッチンを備えたオープンプランです。 2つのベッドルーム（クイーンベッドと2つのシングルベッド）、両方に天井ファン、シャワー付きの�����スルーム（バスなし）、洗濯機付きの内部ランドリー（ドライヤーなし）。 屋根付き駐車場は2台の小型車で利用できます。

Great Location

This Unit is situated in the best location with stunning views. The Unit is quite dated but the location certainly makes up for it! Awesome being able to listen to the waves at night and have great views from lying in bed, sitting on the lounge or having a cuppa on the balcony. Beautiful Lorikeets visited us on the balcony & large bunnies were seen in the evening on the grass outside the Unit. Within 5 minutes drive of Nelson Bay main town centre and only a 10 minute walk down the beach to Shoal Bay village. The only issue was the bed linen..... there was unfortunately a 'sweaty body' linen smell in the main bedroom. We were supplied with clean linen ($28 cost) however the pillows, mattress protector, quilt cover etc was in need of a good hot water wash. We actually went & purchased new pillows due to the extent of the issue. I have given feedback to the Company who manages the Unit so hopefully this will be sorted out for future guests. I would definitely stay there again (providing Linen issue sorted) just for the location, view etc.

Awful experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is dangerous. Every time a wave hit the beach the building shook meaning no sleep for anyone. It was dusty and mouldy causing asthma to flare up and made us cancel our last night. Check in process is too complicated and staff were rude when organising out of hours key collection

Spectacular Room

The view from our room was beautiful. The cleanliness of our room was okay could do with some furniture upgrade. Check in and check out we’re easy. Overall the experience was pleasant and the view was spectacular. Thank you

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The veiw was amazing and sound of waves mindblowing . Our unit number 6 on 3rd floor was **** , no lifts , steps were so narrow more then 50-60 steps to climb and carrying stuff upstairs was so painful ruined the whole stay . There was no aircon and it was hot humid n stcky . Once we went up didnt want to go down because of stairs . We booked the room for 4 adults picked up keys at 2:30 pm went up with everything , long trip , tired and then toilet roll was less then half a roll , imagine 4 adults n 1/4 toilet roll and there was no spares . Had to wakeup early to go find toilet roll lucky wollys was open early . I will never ever go there again .

The property provides excellent views but almost everythibg else is a disappointment. This unit is long overdue for renovations and the upkeep has been poor.
