A Great place to Stay in Tampa

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. From the Welcome basket to the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the property to the space and security. I can say myself and my family loved staying here and would stay again. Judesson was helpful, accommodating and responded to any wuestions in a timely manner. the location is great- although there are no transport links in this area lyft and uber are easy ways to get around.

between air conditioning issues, ants on out food, pool pump not working, and the beds being the worse we've ever slept in I am seeking more of a partial refund for all the issues. I came home more tired and exhausted from lack of sleep. It was one issue after another in the house. Good thing we were family and being together is the most important part but we spent alot of money and did not at all get anything close to what we expected.

Great home in a pretty quiet area

The home is great if you're traveling with a large family or group. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of room to cook for your group. The rooms are sized well and beds are comfortable. Mice bedding and good towels. The pool is adequate but i feel it important to point out it is a bit small. I don't have a problem with the size but some might. The shower in the master bedroom, it requires great effort to open the water. I was a bit put off by the high cleaning cost when i initially rented the place but i can tell the cleaning crew did a great job and was very detail oriented. We own a cleaning company and i would gladly hire the same crew to clean one of our properties. Parking shouldnt be an issue given how much space there is to park. I feel the house was a decent value for what you get. It was a hike to get to anythiing in Tampa. We rented this house because of a project in Tampa.

Good stay, could’ve been great

The house was quite spacious for our family of seven including two small children. The bedrooms were very roomy, and the kitchen and bathroom appointments were fairly nice, but the house does show some wear and tear. Grocery stores are not far and some small restaurants that we enjoyed are fairly close by. When we arrived, the entry code we were given (also noted in the instruction booklet) was incorrect. We left messages for the owner/manager and were eventually able to get in. A better job could have been done to prepare for our visit: the trash and recycling bins were overflowing from the previous renters, the pool had yard debris and the filter didn’t appear to be on/working as there was scum on the surface of the water. The playground equipment also needed a good wiping down. A pool man came several days later and remedied the situation initially, but we have rented other properties where the pool remained very clean throughout our stays, such was not the case here. It was further frustrating that Polaris equipment to clean the pool, was not hooked up until the day we departed. The improvement was instantaneous but something we could not take advantage of. We recommend that more detailed instructions be provided regarding trash pick-up. Through trial and error, we learned that it is best to put out garbage the night before the day of pickup, and that garbage is picked up twice a week, but recyclables only once a week. Overall, good stay, but could’ve been great.

Diverse Schäden und absolut dreckig

Es sieht auf den erste Blick gut und schön aus, nur nach kurzer Zeit stellt man fest, wie dreckig dieses Haus ist. Die Fußböden werden grundsätzlich gar nicht gereinigt. Laufen ohne Schuhe im Haus gar keine Option. Jedes Geschirrteil musste erst einmal abgewaschen werden, wenn man es aus dem Schrank genommen hat. Die Küchenmöbel kleben und sind dreckig. Man hatte sich nicht einmal die Mühe den offensichtlichsten Dreck an der Tür zum Pool zu beseitigen. Die Scheiben waren voll mit dreck und Fingerabdrücken. Nicht nur ein bisschen sonst ganz offensichtlich über große Flächen. Es gab viele Schäden die wir alle gemeldet haben und die nur teilweise beseitigt wurden. Die Toilettenspülung funktionieren in der unteren Etage meistens gar nicht. Es gab sehr viel Schriftwechsel mit Hausverwaltung bereits während unseres Aufenthalts. Alles sehr ärgerlich. Wir haben 6000 dollar für 2 Wochen bezahlt, das Geld war es nicht ansatzweise wert. Es gibt zwei Grills. Der eine ist defekt- wird nicht heiß, der andere steht vor dreck und hat kein Gas, ob es funktionieren würde haben wir unter diesen Bedingungen nicht getestet. Zum Thema Dreck und Schäden könnte ich noch endlos hier weiteres nennen. Nur dafür ist die Zeit zu Schade. Wir sind gespannt, ob wir noch eine Entschädigungszahlung bekommen.

Thank you so much for an awesome stay in this home!! From the moment we arrived, Jude was on top of all of our needs, from showing us how to operate things, to a tour! My family of 10 was very comfortable and happy! The kitchen is a chef’s dream and having a washer/dryer for trips to the beach and the long stay was such a plus! The pool was the kid’s favorite. The pool guy did show up unannounced, but it didn’t bother us so much. I spoke to him and he introduced himself. I would say, as customer, if he would do that beforehand (like when he arrives), it would be a nice touch and appreciated. We had issues with the air conditioner on the first day, but Jude sent someone to assist and it was fine after he left. Thank you Jude for all your help and attentiveness! Knowing you could come by at any time really helped us. We will definitely be back!

An amazing family vacation!!

This beautiful house was everything that the listing showed and more! I took my grandkids here on their Feb vacation. They absolutely loved the house, the swimming pool & game room. The property manager was there when we checked in. She took the time to go thru the house with us and gave instructions on how everything worked. We couldn’t have been more happy with everything! Definitely want to go back there again!

Beautiful house in need of thorough cleaning

The house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our family. The living room and game room area were large enough to accommodate our family for entertainment purposes. The pool was nice especially on the hot summer days. When we arrived the pool did need some attention but someone came and cleaned it during our stay. We were caught offguard as the pool technician just appeared in the backyard as we were sitting out back. Maybe notify guests to be on the lookout for someone entering thru the back gate. The kitchen was large and provided everything we needed to prepare meals each day. We didn't adjust the freezer settings, per the binder in kitchen, but some items placed in the freezer did not freeze. Upon arrival, I turned the water on in one of the kitchen sinks and the handle came off in my hand. I contacted the owner and someone was sent out to repair it. The floors needed some attention. Our youngest one wore socks each day and the bottom of her socks were always filthy. I would highly suggest a deep, thorough cleaning of the house. I had to purchase washcloths as there were only a handful throughout the house. We were excited that the little ones would have somewhere to play. That was not the case as we didn't let the little ones go out. The treehouse needed some cleaning and repairs. The floor of the treehouse didn't look stable. I will say that the owner did respond to questions/issues in a timely manner.

Beautiful Home but Unfortunately Poor Upkeep

Pictures are deceiving (as they all are) backyard property is not the greatest large septic bed behind the pool and there is a busy road on one side of the home (where the fence was lying on the ground It was the combination of things adding up was disappointing for the price we paid. The house is beautiful and large enough to accommodate our group but the list of regular maintenance issues were what I would expect in a lesser hotel that I saved money on. This was not the case and for the price paid everything should have been buttoned up nicely for our stay. - The bbq cleaning fee and the pool heating cost is a bit much to start considering the cost of the rental, then having a pool that wasn't heated, and a bbq grill that is falling apart I would never cook on it. - By day 2 our feet were black with dirt from only walking in the home - Original fence repair was required because fence posts are rotting second repair was poorly done and this could have been avoided. (cheaply repaired) and not mention to us before we arrived. - A handle fell off a drawer in the kitchen - The blinds were hanging off the wall and fell when we tried to close them almost hit one of the kids - Company knew there was an issue starting the upstairs shower being difficult and failed to fix or mention it. - Water fossit for pots over stove leaks and sprays horizontally - Upstairs shower head on the far side (not master) leaks horizontally as well - The main stove is not working, only the small side stove works - Doors to the master bedroom do not stay closed we use a pillow to hold them shut - Many light bulbs are burnt out. - People showed up during our stay to clean the pool with out letting us know (seemed odd) - Fort is poorly maintained with nail heads popping out and a bit sketchy for littly kids I have never wrote a review for anything in my life and typically don't complain but I think I had high expectations for this rental property and was a bit let down. People, if they are lucky get 1 vacation a year to go on, and the cost of the rental property should reflect the quality of the unit. I hate to leave a review but not as much as I dislike paying a lot of money and not getting what I am owed.

Great vacation home!

The home was lovely, with beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The best in my years of renting homes!! Pool was very enjoyable. Close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and the airport. Ketie was very responsive and helpful with questions . If I go to the Tampa area again, I hope the home is available to stay there. I highly recommend this home and the whole experience with the rental!

Roomy

The house was roomy could’ve been cleaner and it needed instructions to use the master shower that we never figured out how to turn on. The stove was dirty on the grill and some of the lights were out. The manager was great at getting back with me but nothing was resolved with the issues. For the most part it suited our needs and was better than a hotel for 8 people. Just needed a going over before the next guest and the book needed an update their grocery store was closed.

Horrible experience/vacation

We paid an immense amount of money to stay in what seemed like a “beautiful house” equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and it was EXTREMELY HOT! We contacted the owner Ketie as soon as we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working. She stated that she would contact Lori the house keeper/maintenance person to see what she can do for us. Lori was a great person who tried to help in everything that she could, but unfortunately nothing seemed to be working properly in the house. We stayed the entire night without air conditioning, the bathroom was clogged, another bathroom was out of order, the bathtub didn't drain, and the sheets smelled like pure cigarette. We had kids in the house together with a pregnant family member, and a disabled elderly person. We had a horrible time. On Saturday we thought the air conditioning was going to be fixed since the morning, but the technician showed up at 9:00pm to see what he could do. The technician stated that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and that all he can do was put Freon to try and cool the air. By 12:00am the air conditioning started to cool and by the morning on Sunday it was once again hot. On Monday morning when we were checking out a plumbing company came out to fix the issues in the house, and I believe that’s ridiculous now that were leaving. This house was a nightmare, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!! The only thing we appreciate truly was Lori and how fast she would communicate with us every time we would text or call her

Great house!

This house was fantastic! Plenty of room and very nicely appointed. Our family enjoyed the pool as well as the pool table in the game room. The kitchen is very large and equipped with everything we needed. The location was also very helpful as we did things in nearby Tampa as well as Clearwater, Orlando and Crystal River. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!!

Everything was fantastic, except the grill was not cleaned prior to us using it and it caught on fire, had to use the fire extinguisher, as it was engulfed in flames after having our food on it for 5 minutes.

Spacious family home!

This home was very spacious, lots of room to cook, enjoy family and have fun! The pool was lots of fun and great idea having TVs outside. We enjoyed the pool table room although the lighting was a little poor. We encountered issues with the downstairs air conditioning, it was not working, so some of the rooms were warm, however the upstairs helped cooling off the first floor. The kitchen was awesome, great space, big island, plenty room to seat, great stove, but the hood lighting was not working. We did not adventure outside the swimming pool area as the yard was not maintained. There were plenty supplies for appliances, bathrooms, cleaning, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The garage was big, plenty space for two large vehicles. For the overall home our suggestion is to ensure it is clean, specially the home floors, things are fixed, and the master shower floor grout is not blackened. All around our family really enjoyed the home and the stay in Brandon!
