301 Beachdrifter is a fabulous apartment. The wraparound balcony has both shade and sun all day and the uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean are beautiful.The amenities are excellent, with a well equipped kitchen, highly spec’d laundry facilities and spacious, comfortable living areas. The parking is super convenient and the location an easy walk to the pier area. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and well presented, with plenty of linen and towels. We also appreciated the beach towels and chairs/parasols in the storage closet.Renee the manager was helpful and responsive whenever we need to contact her.We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return.

Beautiful property. Beach is not too crowded. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with a little water and coffee to get us started before our grocery run. Comfortable king bed. Pull out couch bed was creaky, but tired young kids probably wouldn’t mind. Lots of places to hang wet things - very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great spot -- Beautiful view

We stayed for three nights and had dinners in Neptune Beach (8 minutes away) and Jax Beach (3.5 blocks). What I'm saying is, the location is convenient to lots of restaurants. Also, easy beach access, great pool, and all you need to enjoy the ocean. Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Would definitely come back.

Clean, beautiful views and a great location

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean, everything was in working order. It is right on the beach and close to the pier. We could walk to several restaurants and ice cream. We are looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Memorial Day Holiday

Host was very nice and communicated great. I had messed up the reservation and at the last day she really helped me out and we checked in a day early. The unit was super clean and perfect for a couple and also could add in a kid or two. Pool looked like it was recently renovated and very nice. Close to a bunch of restaurants and right the beach with a great view! Really a great stay!

Graduation celebration

Beachdrifter 301 was the perfect setting for our family to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Jacksonville University. The condo was extremely clean and included everything that we needed for our stay. You can tell that much thought went into supplying the condo with things to make your stay perfect. Beach chairs, toys, a cooler, and towels were all provided for a day at the beautiful Jacksonville Beach. Renee, the property manager, texted us throughout our stay about different events going on at the beach. Renee also texted during our first night to make sure we saw the red moon rising! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay to help celebrate our daughter's graduation.

My daughter and I loved our stay at your beautiful condo! We loved the view and the awesome dog friendly beach. We watched surfers daily and took walks on the beach when we weren’t touring colleges! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Perfect spot on the beach

The location on the third floor was perfect for view out over the ocean. A first floor condo would’ve been blocked by the sand. The condo on the south east corner is a great location with excellent views up and down the beach. The manager was excellent. She maintained great communication. She even alerted us to a spectacular night launch from Cape Canaveral, which was easily viewable from the deck. we had a wonderful time.

Great Location!

A nice unit well maintained and in a great location, just a few blocks walking distance from restaurants. Only downside is we believe outsiders have access to the pool; a large group of teenagers took over the pool in the morning and afternoon on Saturday.

Perfect July 4 Vacation

Exactly as advertised & walkable…Renee was in constant contact. Best way to see fireworks-pier was viewable & people lit fireworks on the beach, which was especially exciting for the teenagers. House party next door a bit ‘colorful’ & maybe not for younger ones, but a great property!

The perfect getaway!

We were looking for a little post- wedding/ birthday weekend getaway for my husband and decided to explore Jax Beach, Neptune and Atlantic Beach. This property was in the BEST location!! We love this home, it was cozy and homey. Upon arrival we were even more impressed with the condition and cleanliness than we expected. The owner had wrapped a Just married banner around the door which was a sweet and thoughtful greeting! We spent the weekend riding around on our bikes and one wheels, taking walks on the beach, took a cruise to Kona Skate Park and went and found some sharks teeth at Mickler Beach. Local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping are great in Atlantic Beach! Highly recommend, we plan to come back and stay again.

Quiet Spring Break

We and our college age daughter rented this unit for her spring break. We wanted a beachfront condo, but in a more low key spring break location, and this was perfect. The view is amazing, there really is nothing like waking up and opening your eyes to the sunrise over the ocean. Even on the rainy days we managed a beach walk and admired the changing skies through the wall of windows in the living room. As per our norm we ate breakfast and lunch in the unit, but went out for dinners in the evening - I would say the unit is reasonably supplied for cooking - it has all the basics - knives, bakeware, pots and pans, utensils - what I expected for a rental unit. The unit was clearly recently remodeled, new baths and kitchen, and the furniture, towels and bedding also appeared new and nice quality. The unit has a parking space under the building which came in very handy since we had a both cool and rainy stay, so it was nice not to have to run between the raindrops to the car and back. There were also beach towels, chairs umbrellas, and oodles of sand and beach toys. The beach is just steps away, is nice and wide, and while we were there was never what we considered crowded. The pool area is comfortable, we spent a few mornings out there in the lounge chairs, but the pool was far too cold to really enjoy - in the hotter summer months it is likely perfect. Overall, the unit was well equipped and comfortable, Renee the property manager was wonderful and very helpful, and the stay very peaceful and relaxing.
