Our experience here was fantastic. It is a beautiful home with fantastic views in a great location. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this for any medium sized groups of family or friends.

Great House

The house was larger than the photos. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Our group of 12 adults had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The hot tub and deck was well used by all and we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Fabulous

The house was PERFECT! We were in town for our son’s wedding. We had plenty of room in the house with 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 toddlers. I love for everyone to have their own bathrooms and this house had that. The whole living area was great! The toddlers had plenty of room to play, the deck right off the kitchen was great! The views were gorgeous. We ordered groceries before we got there and they work with the management company to get in the house. When we arrived the groceries were in the fridge and snacks all arranged on a platter! What a relief!!! THANK YOU!!

Great location with an amazing view

We had a ski trip/birthday celebration in Vail. The house was right in front of Vail Village with an amazing view. Every room was very comfortable.

Perfect Vail property

Wonderful Stay

We met here as a family and celebrated Thanksgiving together. Very well appointed kitchen and no problem pulling the meal together. Spacious bedrooms, most with en-suite bathroom. Nice hot tub and patio grill. Very convenient 5min drive to pop down to Vail Village or Lionshead. Could also take free bus (10min) or even walk (2.0 min). North Trail trailhead is 5min walk. Parking for only 4 cars. Driveway has a retaining wall that could be a little dicey if there were more snow. Great property and since my daughter lives in Denver, we’ll probably be back! Thank you!

The property was just as described and in the perfect location, just 5 minutes from Vail village. The only complaint was that the hot tub was broken and we booked this place specifically for the hot tub.

The views from this house are some of the best around Vail. The house was outfitted extremely well for a large group, with good common space and plenty of kitchen gear. Check-in was a breeze, and the property managers were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

The first words out of everyone's mouths as they walked in were "WOW"! We were excited about our stay but it exceeded all expectations. Great communication, plenty of room, great time!

This house was a perfect blend of being close to the vail village but not so close that you are right in it. It is truly a beautiful house, sleeps plenty. Great for groups. Communication from Berkshire was great.

Excellent stay

This house has a lot of character. It’s very large and well kept. The views are excellent. It’s very spacious for large families and gatherings. The furniture Inc. is unique and gives a good character to their house. We had a great stay over our three day vacation. The location of the house is also excellent.

Fabulous 75th birthday weekend with the whole family of 18

It more than exceeded our expectation, breathtaking views, well equipped kitchen, lovely home. A couple things I'm reporting to the manager: leaky toilet in upstairs bathroom, hole in bedspread, a couple stove strikers won't turn off, kitchen sink faucet a bit stiff, all minor issues. The overall experience was totally first class. We are definitely planning on booking next summer.

Amazing!

Amazing property. House was beautiful and so interesting to look at every room. It was convenient to the mountain and had gorgeous views. The perfect house to come back to in the evening after a long day in the slopes. We had a wonderful vacation there. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star rating is because the hot tub was dirty- the bubbles would form on the sides and collect a bunch of black hair the first time we used it. It seems it might not have been cleaned in a while. These was also an issue with the fridge. The suction on the door did work. So the door as of the second day did not shut all the way with out using a chair placed in front of it to keep it firmly in place. Luckily the only thing we lost was a few pounds of chicken. However it appears it’s not the first time there was an issue since there were clear marks in the door where a chair had been placed before. With this qualifying of a house I would not of expected this type of thing to not happen. We would however stay again. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
