Winston is a great host! He is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at his rental property. It has an excellent location and was perfect for our group: myself, my husband, and our ten kids ranging in age from 2 to 19. It's nice but not too fancy, so one doesn't feel nervous having kids there. It had everything we needed, and we thought the layout worked really well. The little side yard is a definite bonus; the older kids liked hanging out there at night. The walk to the beach is easy and short. We stayed for a week, went to the beach all day every day, and had a ton of fun. It was our first time renting a Vrbo home, and it was a very positive experience. Thanks, Winston!

Great location

Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Photo of kitchen makes it look small, but it very comfortable for a galley kitchen. Would be nice if they added a basic spice rack and water filter/pitcher for the fridge.

Fantastic house, location and amenities

The place was great! The property manager was great! The location was amazing with a super easy walk to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops. The drive to the beach was also easy with a turnaround at the beach that made it easy to drop things off. In the property they had everything we could need for the beach except sunscreen and snacks. Definitely the place to stay!

Great Location and Responsive Host

Amazing location, very spacious and great for big groups. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Winston was very responsive and even came to the house immediately to fix a toilet when we had an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a Beach Reunion!

Just blocks from the beach, this 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom property is absolutely ideal for a family. Wonderful restaurants just minutes away by foot and the beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach only moments away. Winston is a gracious host.

This house was perfect for our family!

We booked this house for 7 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 6) as we were in town celebrating a special event for a family member who lived a mile away. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious, came supplied with everything for the kitchen, bath, bedrooms, and was close to everything! The beach, dining, groceries were all within a short walk. While we had one minor problem during our stay, we contacted Winston (property manager) and he was there within minutes to solve our problem. This is the first time I have EVER written a review for anything, so you can trust me when I say I would highly recommend this house!

Annual Golfing Trip

Best 4BR place we could find close to the main strip of Lauderdale By The Sea. Easy walk to everything. Everything we needed was in this house and Winston was only a phone call away for any questions we had. We (our foursome of middle age golfers) would all recommend this property.

Rental property is in great location! Walking distance from the beach. Restaurants all over. We all stayed comfortably had tons of fun and just had a great overall experience. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

The pictures do not show the true beauty of this home. It's spacious, close to the beach, and tons of restaurants. It was very clean and the property manager was very kind. We loved our stay.

The owner was very responsive and helpful for our group. The duplex was spotlessly clean and provisioned with coffee and lots of clean towels and great bedrooms with comfortable mattresses.
