Rough start & communication
We arrived early Monday to a condo complex completely under construction. The pool and hot tub area had been closed since January, with no communication to us beforehand of getting there (March). We had booked this condo based on the amenties for our kids. Apparently the kid area was going to be open but when we went down to look, it was covered in trash. The condo floors were dirty but the rest of the condo seemed okay. We were moved to another condo complex later in the day dur to the condo not matching the listing. We had an array of issues there as well. We were told at the end of our stay, the management company would reach out to "make things right" by giving a discount. They never did once we left. Overall, disappointing after communication had been great with all of the issues up until we left.
