Great condo in a great location on an awesome part of the beach. Interior is nice with all hard floors and well equipped. Condo was clean and welcoming. Easy access, beach service is great. Overall property was in good shape with a great fitness center.

Perfect for our extended family

The condo was full of amenities (just as described) that made it perfect for our extended family vacation (9 people - grandkids to grandparents). Beds were perfect and the beach items were greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, cooking dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. They even had an iron and ironing board for our beach pictures!

Perfect stay for beach getaway

Property has a great location on the main strip. Inside was spacious and comfy. My favorite part was the unit had its own wagon with 5 nice beach chairs included.

Well decorated and very comfortable, in walking distance to all the fun!

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable was just the start to a great family vacation. 1605 has everything you could need and then some. Loved the matching beach umbrella and chairs with beach cart. Great view and just short walk to everything. Beautiful unit, we really enjoyed our family vacation here and would gladly stay here again:)

We had the best time! The condo was very clean and the agent was so great to work with. Kind of a noisy stay and water poured on our balcony multiple times a day but other than that i highly recommend booking this condo, especially if you have kids

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was great! Everything we needed, very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well, the bathrooms had good pressure, the beds were very comfortable. Loved the big balcony also. Easy to get in and out of, being right by the elevator was a perk rather than a bad thing. Would definitely stay in again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful sunrise and sunset views!

Very, very clean! Beach chairs and umbrellas provided! Very pleased with everything. Since it was off season the elevator wasn't an issue, but may be in high season. Enjoyed our stay, beautiful view of both the sunrise and the sunset.

Great location and stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. While the elevators do get crammed, being on the 16th floor, we rarely had as long of a wait as others on lower floors. The advantage of this property's amenities made the elevator situation worth it. The ocean was quite choppy during our visit and the splash pad and the pool were a great alternative for our family. The condo was well kept and the communication was clear and really prompt. Will visit again!

Great “historic” stay!

The condo was clean comfortable and in a great location. Contact with management was quick and easy with them giving us timely noticeb of what was going on. We managed to come to the beach for a month and have more snow than they had in Anchorage! Quite the experience. The complex had a couple issues due to the freezing temperatures thus the notices from management. We would definitely recommend this condo for a long or short stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The condo was great for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 children ages 1, 3, & 7. We thought the condo was supposed to have a high chair, but didn’t see one. That didn’t end up being an issue and everything else was great. The wagon and sand toys were so nice to have included. We would love to stay again!

Small but nice

Its smaller than the pictures show. The floors were dirty our toddlers feet were black from the floors by the time we unpacked the pots and pans were greasy. Other than that it was great the kiddy pool was nice and the adult pool and hot tub as well. The gym was nice as well with a great view. One of the elevators stayed broke the majority of the time we were there so that slowed us down a bit. All in all it was a good time and good location

Family-Friendly Condo

We had the most amazing week on the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops and felt it was perfectly situated between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores Pkwy. We especially loved having access to all the beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon, and sand toys. We used these each day on the beach. The seating on the patio was also amazing. We ate breakfasts and lunches outside and often watched the sun set from the patio. The view from the 16th floor was incredible. The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation; beautiful inside and out!

Loved the property

Loved the property, our kids had a blast at the splash pad. The only thing we would complain about is the property managers who handle this property. We asked for early check in, let them know when we got there, waited all day and still never heard anything from them. Finally called at 3 pm and they said the room should have been ready a long time ago. Not good communication on their part.

We are so glad that you enjoyed this wonderful condo and all of the amenities offered at Seawind! We are very sorry that you felt our communication with you was poor. I reviewed our multiple emails and texts from that day and the days leading up to your reservation and confirmed that an early check in was never granted. We had another guest leave that morning, so housekeeping was not able to get in the condo until after 10AM. I know that it probably felt like a long day since y'all arrived around 9AM per your text. We follow strict protocol before guests enter our properties. To make certain everything is ready and perfect for your vacation, we have housekeeping clean, an inspector from our company check the condo for maintenance and damage, and a housekeeping inspector check behind the housekeeper. We have to hear from both inspectors before we can grant early access. We did hear back from everyone and we were able to get you in an hour early at 3PM. We do our very best to be great communicators with our guests. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests receive 3 separate numbers that they can call or text to reach us 24/7. Email communication is always available as well. We will continue to do our very best to get guests in early if at all possible, but we do have to work within our protocol and as our check in email states...early check in cannot be guaranteed. Thanks so much!!

Truly Amazing!!!

Love it! Love it! Love It! Property was exactly as described online. Couldn't have asked for better service from VRBO and the condo was amazing. We are already trying to plan a vacation next year to the same property. We ate at Lambert's while we were in Gulf Shores and it was not only delicious but an amazing atmosphere. Also ate at Lulu's and would recommend. We found a little cheesecake shop called Hope's Cheesecake and would definitely eat there again. The beach was extremely clean and was not crowded. We visited Gulf Shores State Park and was excited to find a campground that we would like to bring our camper to. We visited the Gulf Shores Zoo "The Little Zoo that Could" and even though there was not any small children with us we still had a great time. We made so many memories on our trip just can't wait to come back!
