これは新しく改装された別荘で、崖の上の保護区とブループールの反対側の一等地にあります。

フィルター処理されたオーシャンビューを提供し、メインショップと2つのビーチから徒歩圏内です。

ホームには、3つのベッドルーム、独立したラウンジ、オープンプランのキッチン/ダイニングルームがあります。

食器洗い機と小さな直立冷凍庫を備えたフル装備のキッチン。

ベランダは、電動ウェーバースタイルのバーベキューと屋外の設定で庭を見渡せます。

シャワーの隣にある2番目のバスルームは、ランドリーの隣にあります。

リネン：ゲストは自分のリネンを持参する必要があります：シーツ、枕カバー、タオル、ティータオル。
リネンのレンタルは事前の手配により可能です。

ペットは許可されていません。

路上ボート駐車場。 ガレージへのアクセスはありません。

Great location and everything we needed.

Great location with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. The house does have a musty smell, but did improve after a few days.

Great location

This house is in a fantastic location walking distance to Bermagui village, the Blue Pool and Beare's beach. We also used this as a base to drive south and explore Mimosa Rocks NP. House was clean and well equipped.

Lovely place to stay.

Apart from a few minor things, tv screen dirty, dvd disc not put away, crumbs on table, beds overall quite comfortable. Apart from the few minor things when we arrived it turned out to be a good stay at this property. Its near the Blue Pool which was a plus and Bermagui is a very interesting and lovely place to visit and stay for a holiday.

Great house

Great house. Super clean. Well equipped kitchen. Only feedback would be to have bedside lamps in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Would book again.

Blue Pool Hideaway

Lovely property whose closeness to the Blue Pool was the main drawcard. Comfortable furniture, nicely decorated and supply of kitchen appliances, etc, excellent. Major complaint was that the second bathroom was outside the main house which had to be accessed via the verandah. Other complaint was that we had to supply our own bedlinen and towels. We have not had to do this at other properties.

Great coastal weekender

Loved the location, so close to the beach and the blue pool. Great kitchen and bathroom. Well appointed with all we needed. Lovely views.

Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location - close to the Blue Pool, Beares beach and shops. The second bathroom is outside in the laundry off the deck. This could be clearer in the listing. Overall a great stay - thank you!

modern, beautiful presentation

old on the outside but beautiful modern reno inside. lovely furnishings, modern bathroom. Everything we needed. Kitchen generously appointed, pantry items, books, washing powder etc, lovely sunny spots with new outdoor new table and chairs Bedrooms could do with some nice prints on the walls and heaters (promptly supplied when asked) Beaut location. only neg is no WIFI!!

This is a newly refurbished holiday home with character in a prime location opposite cliff top reserve and the Blue Pool.

Offers filtered ocean views and within easy walking distance of main shops and 2 beaches.

The home comprises 3 bedrooms, separate lounge and open plan kitchen , dining room.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and small upright freezer.

Verandah overlooks garden with electric weber style BBQ and outdoor setting.

2nd bathroom with shower and toilet is located next to laundry.

Linen Guests Will Need To Bring Their Own Linen: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

No pets allowed.

Off street boat parking. No garage access.

No smoking.

Sleeps 6. 1 queen bed in main bedroom with air conditioner and walk in robe. 1 queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom.
