Our 2nd stay at Luna (which we love for its great staff and location). Unit was very nice, but dark. It had a Mexican feel with heavy, dark wood furniture and wood carvings/figurines throughout. Very tall bed (needed a step stool to get in, lol) in main bedroom with thick topper. Beds were just ok; older, hard and not luxurious. Small TVs in LR and main BR only. Nice fully equipped kitchen. There was no view of the shoreline to the north as pictured. The view is blocked by a half completed, 5 story building next door (to the north). Not the owner's fault, but the sargassum (seaweed) was very bad and the beach was unusable the entire week. There were backhoes on the beach every day trying to clean up the mess. The smell was very bad, even at the beautiful pool. We were there during low season, but the music from the beach club next door was loud and annoying. The management and staff at Luna (Edith, Luis, Abitas and Maria) were great. The CAC went out and it was fixed within 24 hours.
