デッキには2つのリビングエリアがあり、それぞれに独自のTV / DVDとソファ、1つのバスルーム、独立したトイレ、フルキッチン、ランドリーがあります。

Stay period 23.12.2025 to 12.01.2026.Seamless check-in, responsive and accomodating host.Property located conveniently close to all the attractions: Phillip Island, Wonthaggi, Corinella, French Island and more. Clean. Common area slightly narrow and on a smaller end, but good flow and was enough for us, family of 2 adults and 12 years old son. Bonus room is fun and convenient. 13 minutes walking distance to the beach and general store. Family, dogs and horse friendly beach - great, but watch tides.New year fireworks was excellent with great atmosphere. Just to note: poperty has smart TV , antenna reception is very poor.Very large and mostly private yard, fenced - great feature overall. We have Huskes - escapees, so not fenced enough for those, BUT suitable for most normal breeds.There are many lovely walks to the beach and surrounding areas, which we and Huskes enjoyed a lot. Great wide almost wrap around deck with BBQ area and outdoor shower.Enough said, we are returning same period this coming Christmas Tanya and family

Easy communication and nice location, just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Cleanliness was not great as we could find dog fur everywhere. Cereals were not available as mentioned, instead few oats packets, oreo and jam sachets . Kitchen with all facilities. Wi-fi was expected but not available. Excellent location and side/back yards. Had a nice time sitting on the outer deck.

Compact house on very large property. Loved having space around us, and the doggies love the room to run. Some aspects remind you that its not a new house but its obvious the host cares for it and tries to keep it fresh. Great place to be a base camp for day trips within the region.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping back into so many happy childhood memories. The house has been so beautifully maintained, with so much care and attention to detail—it really shows. Everything was comfortable and welcoming, with all the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was truly special to revisit a place that holds so much meaning and to see it so well cared for. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be staying again!

Great place, clean and plenty of space and entertainment. Some snacks and brekky provided so your are covered if you forget stuff like we did. Good location to head out to Kilcunda or Phillip Island. Definitely ideal for a longer stay next time - we only had one night to spare sadly. Nice big yard for doggos, but keep an eye on them if you let them out at night, there were several chunky frogs at the back near the shed and under the deck so if your dog is one to snack on those you might want to be close by.

A deck for all seasons.

We enjoyed this well-appointed home from home and we loved the wrap-around deck, which offered plenty of space to loll in the sun or relax in the shade.

Nice place but needs thorough cleaning

This is a nice place to stay over for a group or big family for a Phillip Island trip, just 15 min drive away from San Remo.It has a really big backyard where kids and adults can gather and play badminton. Anette responds quickly on queries.I would love to come back and stay again IF the place will undergo a proper cleaning and maintenance. There are dog hairs everywhere including the bath towel. Floor has some dirts upon entering. Bbq grill needs a lot of cleaning, and run out of gas. Caretaker came over to check only to say that he had some alcohol so he can’t drive to get canister refill. It would be good if they check the facility before renting out. Kitchen utensils need to be sorted out as some are old and over used, i.e. Frying pan badly needs replacement. There’s no AC in the rooms so it’s a bit hot, it has ceiling fan but not enough as it was a really hot day when we stayed.

Fishing getaway

The property was ideal for our purpose of fishing, there was abundant and car room for the boat we could pull in off the road and turn around in the yard with ease. The house was very clean, tidy and had a well-stocked pantry which was a pleasant surprise. The location was just right, we will be back. I can highly recommend this destination. John and Helen

This was our first stay. Amazingly easy checking in and out. So much better than a hotel.

Only a fast 1 night stay. So great to have amenities for children on a quick turn around.
