A nice large property in a great location

A 10 minute walk from the main street of Katoomba, and a less a five minute drive to scenic world and Leura you can't go wrong with booking this place. Large, and lovely with lots of amenities. Check in was super easy, beds were comfortable, and the shower was perfection! My friends and I highly recommend.

"Absolutely Perfect"

This brand new house is beautiful and had everything that we needed. The living and kitchen areas are huge with a lovely outlook, loved the central heating and the rain drop showers. The beds were super comfy and we wished that we were staying longer. This house is perfect for a large family or a corporate group getaway. See you next time !!

Great House

A beautiful place with multiple zones for a large group. It was a shame that there were no decent wine glasses. We had to purchase our own at the local shops. There was also a shocking odor in the en-suite. We had to pour a bucket of water into the floor waste to seal the trap. This should have been dealt with before we arrived. Rear outdoor lights were non-functional, making it difficult to cook on the BBQ at night. Otherwise an excellent place for a large group with multiple families.

Lovley house for a family gathering

Crisp, clean linen. Endless indoors space. Central location but quiet street. Beautiful big kitchen. Working barbecue and easy check in and check out process. All in all a lovley stay for our family for a weekend.

Fantastic getaway house!

This was such a beautiful home. Clean, warm & a well equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge room with plenty of seats. I would definitely recommend this home for groups and or families.

Sophia Rose was a beautiful property - perfect for our family ranging from 65 to 1 year old. Space and light and comfortable surrounds to enjoy each other's company. We'll be back!

Beautiful Property

We were a group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. The house is absolutely immaculate and such a great space to spend time together.

What a great house! Hope to be back to stay again!

What a great house! We were a group of friends staying here, but it would also be ideal for families. It is beautifully fitted out in a modern minimalist style with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are all spacious with super comfortable beds. The house is deceiving from the front, but once inside the door it's spaciousness becomes apparent. The back opens out to a very large light-filled space with a well-equipped kitchen (he pantry had quite a few staple items) and lounge area. This opens to a deck and a well-manicured large back yard that backs on to a lovely bush view. There is a studio in the backyard, which we didn't use, but is far enough away from the house that it wouldn't matter if someone else was staying there. The house is easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the main street of Katoomba and 2-3 kms from tourist spots like Echo Point and the start of walking tracks. We hope to be back to stay here again! Stayed 05/04/2018 to 06/04/2018
