Being on the lower level it was surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, the property and accommodations was excellent. The only issue was the ability to make phone calls which really wasn't a problem for us.

This was our third time staying here and it was perfect as always! The location is close to everything (about 10 mins to Fernie) but far enough away for quiet. The perfect refresh and recharge stay. The fire pit and that view is *chefs kiss*. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful place. Very clean. Peaceful and restful. So nice we can bring our little dog.Host very responsive and helpful. Hope to make it an annual trip each year.,EVEN twice a year. Highly recommend.

Great spot to stay while fishing the many rivers

Love the stay ! The only comment I have is the tub shower is a bit tricky for us older folks to get in and out .

Awesome location , great stocked kitchen , fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds . The stars at night were fantastic and it was great to have a yard to hang out in . Would definitely stay again !!!

Cool Basement Suite

Lovely large basement suite as we had plenty of room for four adults and one dog. The backyard was perfect for the dog and during our stay it was a cool haven as it stayed cool during the week of sizzling temps in Fernie. Would definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful, large basement suite

Fantastic location just outside of Fernie. So clean and large and quiet with beautiful view of mountains from the yard. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Cozy; Great Location!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was a short distance away from where we were going each day. The hosts were informative, helpful, and super responsive. We took advantage of the yard games, the provided firewood, and the beautiful yard (even some fresh berries!) There was a welcome basket for us too! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and would stay here again if we are in the area!

I am a true local having grown up in the Elk Valley and have lived here for over 40 years. So I can probably help you with any advice of the area that you might be interested in to make your stay as memorable as possible. I love enjoying all outdoor activities which the area has no shortage to offer. I bought this quiet property to be close to the elk river and have the amazing view of the surrounding mountains. I enjoy being able to share this with guests so they are able to enjoy a vacation in a place that I hope they also find as peaceful and beautiful as I do.
I also love to travel so I try to offer accommodations that would be what I would look for with a reasonable price and all the amenities and cleanliness of a comfortable home. I wish all my guests a wonderful stay!
