ビーチからは石のみが投げ捨てられ、日当たりの良いフロントバルコニーからは水辺の景色を眺めることができ、6人用のスパを見下ろす屋根付きの娯楽エリアでは屋外でのお食事を楽しめます。犬の小品種。  3つのベッドルーム、2つのリビングエリア、十分なスペースがあるトライレベル。 メインのリビングエリアにはリアプロジェクターがあり、映画のような雰囲気を醸し出しています。また、エアコン（リバースサイクル��、WIFI、コーヒーメー��ー、食器洗い機、洗濯機、乾燥機、2つ目のトイレ、ガスバ��ベキューがあります。 モダンなオープンプランのキッ���ン/ダイニングエリアは、屋外ダイニング屋外エリアに通じています。 ご家族やカップルに最適、ビーチでの散歩、国立公園の散歩道を楽しんだり、もっと冒険的になったり、砂丘、ラクダに乗ったり、サーフィンス���ールを楽しんだりしましょう。

Perfection

This house was so well appointed and beautifully set out. Dog friendly beach at the end of the street. We spent our days at the beach and watching movies on the projector at nights. A great family getaway. Can't wait to go back again.

Anna Bay family home

Great little home located near to beach and surf club. Great facilities and good quality dinnerware, glasses etc. Fantastic surprise pack of chocolate, fruit and biscuits :) Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Lovely house, had our small dog with us, close to the off leash beach and park. Loved the spa. Good place to share with friends.

Excellent location and nice property

The house is perfectly located a minute away from the beach! You can hear the waves from the balcony. The house is on 3 levels and very well organised for 4 adults and 4 kids as well as our dogs. The kitchen lounge area opens up on the garden with big bifold doors and really allows for entertaining with 2 big tables. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and plenty of glasses / plates / mugs etc … . The oven is also very good as well as the appliances ( pop corn maker and slow cooker where also great). The garden is nicely done and the sitting area near the spa is lovely for relaxing with a book. The upstairs / media room is also great with an outside balcony overlooking the beach Awesome spot for sunsets !! There is only one bathroom upstairs ( which was not an issue for us) and a toilet in the laundry room . The bedroom with bunk beds is tight but our kids did not mind. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed so quite tight and cosy but comfortable , the 3rd bedroom is a queen bed and a bigger room . The garage is spacious and great to store bikes and boards . We struggled with the projector sound system and reported it to the property manager as well as the front keys that despite swapping did not open the front door but we managed and still had a great time. You are 20 mins by foot from the shops and 5 mins by car. This is a great house overall , really good value as well. We would stay there again !

Pros Great location, beach access 1 minute walk Well equiped kitchen, lounge and outdoor area Large home, plenty of space for everyone Cons Only one air conditioner on lower level lounge and kitchen area, in summer the second level lounge room and bedrooms unbearable until nightfall. Bunk bed room too small for 2 bunk beds and 4 people Some doors and windows difficult to open and close

Excellent Place to stay on the beach

A very open place with lots of space and in very close proximity of the beach. This property is great value for money. With cool amenities like a Jacuzzi and a Projector as examples. However, staying in summer, it was difficult to sleep at night as there were no air conditioners in the upper levels of the property. Other than that, this property is somewhere I would return to when I visit Port Stephens again.

Home in paradise

We wanted for nothing. Close to the beach. Beautiful garden retreat. A true cooks Kitchen. Everything was thought of really! The icing on the cake being able to bring our dog. He made so many friends! Really didn't want to come home Thank you

Honeymoon Getaway

Such a lovely place to spend the week, we especially enjoyed the hot tub! Despite the wet weather while we were there the projector screen and movies definitely made up for it. Such to be able to take our little dog with us! We will definitely be back!

Short family break away

This was a lovely place to stay, in a lovely location. Cutlery and glasses where’s quite clean and hair in the bathroom was off putting! Check in and out was fine 😊 Nice to have the new family pup come along on a short holiday with us. Didn’t have the sun lounge chair next to spa like in photos.

Great getaway

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic location, great tv with Netflix and prime for movies in the evening. The spa was amazing too.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family

This was a great place to stay, everything was modern. The spa, projector and free WiFi were an added bonus. At the end of the street was the crystal clear waters of the beach. It felt like 5 star accommodation and I would definitely recommend it. I enjoyed it so much I would certainly go back again.
