桟橋へのベイサイドパスを歩いて、プライベートホームとサニベルマリーナを見下ろすプライベート運河まで、周辺全体を散歩します。

釣り竿、ボート、カヤック、自転車を持参してください！ マリナーポイントには、専用の釣り桟橋、ボートの停泊所、カヤックの打ち上げとラック（少額の追加料金が適用されます）があり、運河を渡って���ドルやボート���サニベルマリーナといつも��晴らしいグラマドットのレストランに行くことができます。

Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we could possibly need to host Easter brunch. Loved the views. Property grounds was lovely.

Sitting on the dock of the bay

Had a wonderful week on Sanibel. Property is just as described. Enjoyed the fishing pier and was visited by dolphins and manatees. Easy to get off and on the island from this property. Definately would go back.

Annual Sanibel trip

322 was as advertised. Everything you need for a beach trip was provided. Decent view from the lanai room the water without actually being on the water. Unit was very clean and beds comfortable. Close to everything including the causeway. Saw Manatee and dolphin several times from the Mariner Point peer. Look forward to possibly renting again next year.

Beautiful getaway retreat

Our accommodations were most of all, clean! So important these days! It was quite spacious with plenty of room to spread out if needed. Nice view of pool and waterfront from both balconies. Great shower! Plenty of towels, pillows, linens to use. Love that there was a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to go home with bags of dirty laundry! Pool was so refreshing!

Very nice, spacious property with lovely access to canals and San Carlos Bay.

We enjoyed our stay at Mariner Pointe 322 despite some issues that arose due a power surge on the island. Sharon, from Cottages to Castles was outstanding in assisting us with these issues, working diligently to insure we would still have a very pleasant stay. Kudos to Sharon!

Mariner pointe

This was our 8th stay in Sanibel and at Mariners pointe. We just really like the location and the wildlife we see. Working with castles to cottages was so easy. We will use them again.

The Perfect Place For Vacation For Our Family of 4!

Great location on Sanibel Island, quiet, and peaceful. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and many other animals/birds. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed from kitchen tools to beach toys. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again!
