���かい季節には、潮風とデッキからの茂みの香りを楽しんだり、エアコン完備の快適さで景色を楽しんだりできます。 涼しい季節には、絶えず変化する海のムードを眺めながら、ウッドヒーターに寄り添います。 ビーチ、カフェ/雑貨店、パブはすべ���徒歩数分の距離にあるため、車は駐車したままにしておきます。

オープンプランのリビングには、海とビーチの景色を望むダイニングエリアとキッチンエリアが組み込まれています。 最近改装されたキッチンには、朝食バー、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、モダンな電気コンロ、オーブンが備わっています。 リビングエリア���は、8人用のダ��ニング設備、革張りのラウンジ、サウンドバー付きのスマートテレビ、DVD、VCR、サウンドシステ���があります。

メインベッドルームとセカンドベッドルームには、クイ���ンサイズのベッドがあり、オーシャンビューです。 3番目のベッドル���ムには2つのシングルベッドがあります。

Perfect Beach House

We loved staying at this property. The views were beautiful. It was very clean and homey with everything you needed supplied. The short few minutes walk to the beach, general store and cafe and pub was great. It makes for an extremely relaxing getaway. Sitting on the deck watching the plant bird life was special. We will definitely return sooner than later.

Ocean magic was an ideal get away for my whole family . An easy walk to the beach and the view was amazing , we'll defiantly be back .

Lovely place to stay

Stayed for a week. It was nice and quiet with a great view of the ocean. The enclosed balcony would be great in warmer weather. My only suggestion would be to properly fence the area at the back of house so the dogs could go outside without me having to take them all the time. Would recommend this place to others.

Everything one could desire in a beachside holiday.

If you are looking for a sleepy beachside holiday in a property with wonderful views inside and out, a log fireplace, well stocked kitchen, renovated bathroom and walking distance to everything. This is one of those properties.

Amazing!

We loved our stay. The house was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and Cafe. The view from the house was incredible and we sat and enjoyed watching the ocean for hours. The house had everything you could possibly need. We will be back again!

Wye River Stay

The only issue was we requested a late check out due to us not being able to get to the accommodation until late. Was advised we would be informed on whether it was possible on the day before check out. We we're not contacted.

Believe in the magic

From the moment you make your way up the long treelined driveway to Ocean Magic, you know youre heading to something special. This house is perfect! The view is truly magical. To one side you feel like youre sitting within a famous bush painting with tall native trees and colourful Australian birds and then to the other you have beautiful ocean views. At night you feel like you could almost touch the stars. This truly is a place where the bush meets the beach and magic happens.Great Ocean Road Real Estate were wonderful to deal with from the start. So friendly and always happy to help. The owners of the property also made us feel very welcome with a lovely card, a welcome bottle of wine and lots of consideration for what a comfortable visit might need. The living area and kitchen were comfortable, modern and had everything you could think of. And, that beautiful seating area near the window, that was most definitely our favourite spot to sit and completely relax any time we had a chance. Our kids loved using the telescope to assess the waves, how many kids were on the beach and watch birds and other things going on around us. The house is a short 3-minute walk from the caf/store and local pub which are all sensational. We loved being able to lunch at the caf while the kids played in the playground and then regularly stepped up from the beach to the pub for a drink, gelati or meal. No matter where you turn, everyone in Wye River is super friendly it feels like a world of its own. We loved this visit and have rated it as one of our family favourites. Thank you Ocean Magic for sprinkling your magic on our family summer holiday!
