Super cute place

This is the place you need for your trip in San Antonio! It’s in a great spot near the freeways, shopping centers and places to eat. Close to the riverwalk and the tourist attractions. The yard is taken care of, my kids enjoyed the pool with shade and clean water. They had pool towels, cooking pans, grill, and even bug spray. The house has everything you need to have a great relaxing time. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, nice mirrors throughout the house and game boards to use. It’s clean and has the perfect space for my family of 5. Thank you!

It was fine

The house was clean. We weren’t used to the thermostat so the house was either too cold or too warm. There really should be brief instructions next to the unit. The back yard was kind of a mess with weeds and junk on the side of the house. Other than that, it was fine.

We had an amazing time at this property! Very clean, the owners were very fast with their responses, and the house itself is adorable! We were traveling and stayed one night, I am very happy with my decision to stay here and would 100% stay again

Great location between River Walk/Missions and Hill Country.

This was a perfect little house, very private and clean. Kitchen well supplied, great big refrigerator, and plenty of linens. It is close to HEB, and has quick access to interstates. There is only one bathroom, which needs to be updated. The hosts were very accessible, and brought us four new chairs when we had a problem with one of the older ones.

San Antonio rental

This rental was more than adequate for my needs. It had everything I needed. However, I gave it the rating that I did because of a couple things out of the owner's control. First, there was road construction on the street in back of the rental. It was the main thoroughfare to get in to the subdivision. I don't know the area. Cops were at every entrance and wouldn't let you thru. I rented this unit so I could relax on the patio. I couldn't do that with all the beeping, grinding blacktop and truck construction noise going on. Second, there is a dog in the house in back of this property that barked constantly. ALL day long. Not too relaxing on the patio even before the road construction. Third, the water heater was set so low it barely got warm. I couldn't get my hair washed in the shower before the water was totally cold. I realize the first 2 problems are not the owner's fault. Ronald was very quick to answer and solve my internet connection the first night and I had no problems after that. The unit is well equipped with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. The cleaning people need to clean under the microwave door and on top the stove pull out drawer between rentals. I appreciated all the hangers, the washer & dryer and I loved the door lock system. The deep cushion sectional in the living room is uncomfortable for 16 days. For a couple days it is fine. I appreciated the iron & ironing board as I am a quilter and managed to do a couple small projects while I was there. I felt safe in the neighborhood, but I saw no one out walking nor did I see any kids playing in their yards. No one was walking those barking dogs either. There were plenty of bed linens and bath towels. I only had 1 washcloth and no kitchen linens. I would stay there again... except for the barking dog in the back.

Cute and convenient!

Four of us girls stayed for a long weekend. We chose this listing because it’s in between the La Cantera/Rim area and downtown/river walk which is where we would be Ubering around. The house is so cute and was plenty comfortable for the four of us! Check in/communication was so easy. I would stay again :)

Absolutely amazing!

Very thankful for the communication with the owner! The owner was very thoughtful and made sure to make any needs we had met! Enjoyed getting to see my family and celebrate my little girls birthday! Being away from home as a mother and a nurse is extremely difficult, but I’m thankful for the people like Ronald and Mary Jane that open up their home for others! It gave my heart the peace that needed to be able to just relax with my babies, almost! Literally felt like getting to come up for air in a time where my soul was drowning! SanAntonio Stay

Home was peaceful and nicely decorated. Was easily accessible to see our daughter on base. She found it to be very relaxing and homey Didn't get to pet the kitty we read about but did feed a black and white one we named Spot. TV and wifii were easy to use and kitchen had most of the cooking things we needed. Heating was comfortable. We were thankful to have the washer/dryer available and easy to use. Home was clean for the most part but might consider updating towels. Thank you we will consider staying here again.

Perfect Casita

Perfect house! Great location!

This house was so perfect for a girls trip! Plenty of space and super clean. A great place to relax after exploring all day. The neighborhood is super quiet but also super close to the highway getting you downtown quickly and 5 mins to the airport! There was a beautiful cat who hung out in the backyard and loved to snuggle and sit on your lap in the sun. Would totally recommend to anyone!

Lovely home away from home!

We stayed here mid-Jan for a long weekend to visit family. Plenty of room to host the teenagers overnight with the 2 extra bedrooms. Super clean, neat and tidy. Everything you need to make a simple meal in the kitchen. Owner was AWESOME to work with, super prompt and flexible when we had a change in plans. Would definitely stay again!

We are a young hard working family, loving, and living life to the fullest.

Ronald was born and raised in Boston, MA. He is a mechanic by day, and a football/gaming fanatic. He has a total entrepreneurial heart, and can often be found daydreaming about new endeavors.

Mary Jane was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, and grew up in a house a couple of blocks away from this actual listing. She is an electrical engineer by day but wears many many hats. She loves being a mama and is always cooking up something cute in her little craft lab.

Together we have lived in Boston, Tucson, and San Antonio. We love to explore new cities and cultures, and love to share our own with others. We are pretty easy going people who love to have fun and make new friends.

We are the parents to a starry eyed 4 year old boy named Atom. He encourages us and pushes us to be better people every day.
