The location for this property is great just minutes away from airport and minutes away from 794. And this property also comes with parking in a garage, which I so appreciated with my rental car. This place also has beautiful gardens and I stay was very comfortable. Very happy with it and look forward to returning to this property again thank you Sunni

Quaint place

Really loved my stay here. Easy to get to, great space for me, and the parking was a huge plus. Highly recommend this location for anyone headed to Milwaukee. The host was great about communication and was always easy to get in touch with.

The apartment is clean and functional. It is a second floor apartment accessed by 3 short to moderate flights of stairs, so if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. Sunni is very friendly and helpful; she has a beautiful backyard you're welcome to enjoy and a space in the garage for you. It's only a short walk to the lake and very easily accessed by car from the highway. I found it to be very quiet despite the fact that Sunni lives below and a tenant lives above the apartment. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would recommend it to others.

Great place to tour Wisconsin

Location is convenient to major highways and sightseeing in and around Milwaukee. The studio apartment is perfect for one or two people looking to explore the area. The trail along Lake Michigan is fabulous for waliking, running and/or biking. The host is readily available for questions about the area or meeds. We will certainly come back again.

Nice Place to Stay

Nice place to stay. I especially enjoyed walking on the trails by the lake. I also liked being able to park in the garage. The owner was very accessible and easy to work with .

Awesome host and neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this property for 18 nights. Sunni made the check in process easy. She communicated with us frequently about events in our area as well as restaurant suggestions. The neighborhood felt safe as we did our daily walks that ended up by the lake each day! The studio was adequate for our needs and it was clean. Only negative was the stairs… we did not realize that there were 2 sets of winding stairs and the steps themselves were narrow. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend Sunni’s place!

Home for the holiday

Lovely location - great option

Just a short walk to Lake Michigan and close to retail options. Nice place to stay - it suited my needs very well. The host is lovely - I would recommend.

Wonderful place, location, & most of all the host, Sunni!

Every aspect of renting this property was beyond my expectations! My brother and I were in town for a couple days to attend a concert & both 1st timers to Milwaukee. Sunni had great advice on where to eat & even showed us a couple trendy areas to explore, as well as ones to steer clear of. Sunni & Champ, her adorable lil'dog, spent a glorious afternoon w/us at the beach, which is literally just blocks from the rental. You couldn't get a better or safer location then here! Or a better host! Sunni- Josh & I express our deepest thanks for the person you are & for becoming our friend! 💕til next time💕

Everything that was listed

It was in a quiet neighborhood. Sunny the host was very friendly and accommodating, we stayed there for Summerfest and we were able to catch the bus right at the corner of the block which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nice studio. Great location

The upstairs studio was clean & comfortable. Sunni, the host, is friendly & easy to work with. The backyard is beautiful & the neighborhood is safe and has a real community vibe. I had a great time.

Fabulous place to stay!

My daughter stayed here for a summer internship, and it was the ideal place for her! This apartment had all of the space and amenities that she needed for a 3-month stay (bed, TV with Roku, couch with a fold-out bed for visitors, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, laundry in the basement, cleaning supplies, off-street parking, AC window unit and fans - also, the backyard has a beautiful, relaxing garden and pond). There is a side door and stairs for residents to access their living spaces and the basement, and there is a mailbox on the side walkway for the second and third floors. My daughter bought a few small things to add to the apartment, such as placemats, but for anything that she needed, it was either small and inexpensive that she was happy to buy or it was something that she could ask the host, Sunni, about. Sunni is a wonderful host and a positive, genuine person; my daughter loved her! Sunni showed my daughter around the neighborhood and the city and was happy to make recommendations or answer questions. My daughter and Sunni often interacted, enjoying meals and treats together and talking. My daughter greatly enjoyed the location of this space too - anything that she wanted to do around Milwaukee was within a 25-minute drive, and her afternoon commute from work in Menomonee Falls usually hovered between 30-45 minutes, which was not a problem for her. Lake Michigan was an easy walk from the house, only five or so blocks away. She liked going to South Shore Park along the lake and running on a lengthy segment of Oak Leaf Trail that follows the lake through Bay View. The Bay View neighborhood has a summer farmer's market, public events, recreation centers, shops, restaurants, fitness spots, parks, a lengthy segment of Oak Leaf Trail, the lakefront, and more. There is a Walgreens and a gas station down the street, SmallPie is a couple of blocks away, Outpost (the natural foods grocery store) in addition to Pick N Save, Piggly Wiggly, and a Target are a short drive away, and there is a post office nearby as well. The entrance/exit for highway 794 is around the corner, and the airport is about 12 minutes away - even though the highway and the airport are not far away, my daughter could not hear traffic from the highway, and the sound of airplanes was not close or frequent enough to be bothersome for her. All in all, she felt safe and loved staying here for the summer and would definitely stay here again!

If you appreciate beauty, harmony, and quiet....YOU will love this place. Just a few blocks off Lake Michigan it is better than being on the ocean. People who love nature and walking or biking especially enjoy the miles of walking paths along the lakefront.

a small pond and waterfall in the back yard. A garage and a beautiful and safe neighborhood that is close to Festival park . The bus can pick up up at the end of the street and drop you nearly at the front gate. Kinnikinic becomes Water street
and if you don't want to drive it's a cheap Uber or bus ride.
