Great house!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from Park City. Very spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Hot tub is on a covered, protected porch which was very nice as well. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion in Utah

We were in the Park City area for a family reunion. My family - all 14 of us - stayed at this property and thuroghly enjoyed it. The kids (ages 9 mo. to 11 years) had a ball downstairs and the adults could hang out upstairs. Great view!

Nice property but....

Property is lovely but def has had lots of rental traffic. A broken cupboard, needing to leave owners food in the fridge/freezer (so weird and minimizes the freezer space), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pucks and 4 garbage bags for the whole stay, only 2 total dish rags, had to replace the propane tank for grill (just annoying prop mgr should deal with this). Overall it was fine but for the price I would expect more.

Thanks for staying with us at this beautiful estate home! We provide an initial set-up of toilet paper, paper towels, sundries, etc. but we don't provide refills as staying in a private home is different than a hotel. We also asked that you send us a receipt for the propane tank refill so we can reimburse you. It's a fantastic, new home (only two years old) with so much space and so many amenities. We hope you used the private hot tub, the clubhouse pool, and the theater room during your trip. We wish you luck on your future travels!

Wonderful New Years Stay

Our group of 12 stayed for a week over New Years and absolutely loved the home. The house is well stocked with plenty of cooking items, seasonings, cleaners, sleds for winter sports, blankets, towels, games, etc. The home is spacious with a large living room on both levels. Your located 10-15 min from Park City downtown or skiing. There’s a ski shuttle pick up about 3 min from the house that would also drive you to the mountain. We had one issue with the dishwasher on Jan. 1st. I emailed the manager and received a response within an hour and a technician came out with a solution the next day. Great communication! We’d recommend Moose Management properties!

Not clean

The house was the perfect size for our family. The house was not clean and I was very disappointed with the attention to detail. The kitchen fridge had left over food in it, the counters had crumbs, the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned, the mats in our bathroom were dirty as was one of the pillowcases on our bed. I promptly washed them after arrival. In addition, the trash cans outside were overflowing and the hot tub was disgustingly dirty.

We're sorry to see a 3-star review for a truly lovely home! The guest that stayed just prior provided a 5-star review noting, "This house is absolutely gorgeous. We had a blast. House was super clean and organized. The beds were really comfy too." The photo documentation required to be provided by the cleaning crew (inside the coffee maker, under the sofa cushions, etc.) did not show what the this reviewer described. Regardless, we offered to send the cleaner back for any touch ups the guest desired. The service was denied. We have high standards for home care and take guest satisfaction very seriously. We look forward to hosting many more wonderful Park City vacations in the gorgeous estate home.

weekend retreat

We were little disappointed that the internet wasn't working when we got. And both fireplaces weren't working either. There were not full rolls of toilet paper so we ran out the first night. We just felt that we paid a lot of money and everything should have been working when we got there. Also one of the tubs didn't drain. It is a very nice place and they address all of all problems by the next day.

Solid property and location

Nice spacious home and beautiful views. Convenient location for boaters and sight seers. Kitchen was not well stocked with necessities like garbage bags and dishwasher detergent and downstairs bathrooms lacked shampoos. All in all it is a nice home and the stay was very pleasant

Awesome Time

This house is absolutely gorgeous. We had a blast. It's also only 10-15min from Park City parking lots if no traffic which is a cake commute every morning. Only drawback is that the closest grocery store is back in Park City, but again, that's only 5-10min. House was super clean and organized. The beds were really comfy too.

There was plenty of space to do things together and to get some time apart. Located right out side of Park City, the house is an easy and quick drive to the slopes, Main Street and fun. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome view since it sits on top of a hill!
