Great beach vacation. We have stayed at this property multiple times and always enjoy our stay. Great beach access and intracoastal side is so quiet and peaceful. Unit is well equipped with everything you need. Owner is a great host.

The boat dock access on the private property gave direct access to the intercoastal waterway and is very close to the boat ramp. This is a perfect location for access to oceanside as well. The water was beautiful- clear and turquoise in certain areas. We were able to bring our jet ski since there was private docking, and there was parking available on the property for the trailer. Millie was a very proactive host checking to make sure everything was ok for us and was very accessible and responsive. This is a duplex style unit with a few shared accommodations such as front entry, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, back open uncovered patio area and beach chairs/ umbrellas. However, there was plenty stock of amenities and it did not cause any issues for us. There is a very nice private screened in porch at the back of the unit. Our neighbors were delightful. The unit was stocked with liquid hand soap and towels/ wash cloths in the bathroom and dish soap/ towels the kitchen. There is no dishwasher, but the kitchen is stocked well with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. Our stay was in April 2026. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this 1 bedroom unit on the Intracoastal with beach access. Great place with all you could need for your beach vacation.

Very cute place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a relaxing time. We love how close the beach was. About 200 steps. Definitely bring a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach.

The private beach was a short walk and wonderful. Not crowded at all. Perfect escape. The landscaping on property was beautiful and the bay access at back of property, I didn’t want to leave.

I am a native Floridian, that lived most of my adult life in Tampa Florida. My husband's parents had a beach house in Casey Key and he introduced me to this secluded piece of paradise. We were fortunate to permanently move to Casey Key and subsequently purchased this duplex a year later. What we loved most about this property is its tropical backyard right on the Intracoastal and the private beach right across the street. It is truly a beautiful place that I am sure, you too, will fall in love with!!

What make this property unique is the outdoor space. Beautiful tropical backyard with private beach easement. Also you are only sharing space with one other family compared with the typical motels on Casey Key.

The duplex is located right next door to our home. We live in Casey Key all year round so we will be able to give you on-site service.

The boat dock (with electricity and water provided) is directly behind the property with room for your boat trailer in the front.

A 12 x 12 furnished gazebo in the backyard overlooking the intracoastal.

Best of both worlds... private beach access and you are on the intercostal waterways.
