Nice Tahoe Property

Nice property with a lot of beds. Gated community slightly off the main drag but walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen, grill and attentive property management team.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is spacious and in an ideal location. It is an easy short walk to the casinos, restaurants, and shops. I appreciate the little touches like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, makeup remover packets, and instructions for TV & arcade table game. The management company was responsive. There was an issue with the dishwasher, which they provided a quick fix, and I told them they can take care of it after we leave. Please note that the policy on late check out is stringent. This is a first for me and I have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past.

Perfect location

Great Heavenly ski trip condo

I really enjoyed our ski trip in this house. It's an 8 min walk to the heavenly gondola and within an hour drive of many other resorts. The house itself was well stocked with kitchen supplies and wasn't missing anything I'd expect a rental house to have. The host, RnR, provided a ton of information about the area and was easy to contact by phone or text. It was also a convenient walk to many restaurants, the casinos, and the Tahoe waterfront. I'm already thinking about coming back

I hate to write anything negative about this place but I felt the condo could've been cleaner. The dining room table had old food and crumbs from previous guests stuck in between the surface lines. Other than that everything was pretty good. A little wear and tear but thats expected. I would recommend this property to all!

I don’t know about all of the beds, but the master bed is very comfortable with awesome pillows too! Location is great and you can walk to so many places in South lake Tahoe, including the casinos, and the gondola, depending on where you’re looking for. Also, I had a couple random questions upon check-in and the realty office responded very promptly with answers . I would just suggest that they have the condo stocked with coffee, sugar/stevia, and creamer

Accurrate property desciption. The only thing was the carpets. I was uncomfortable with how dirty the rugs were due to being asked to not use shoes in the property. Our group used socks the whole time while indoors. The floors were clean but the rugs around the house inlduing bedrooms looked stained and dirty.The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Loved the 3 full bathrooms. Would have enjoyed alittle patio table in the master bedroom patio. Overall great experience and location. Would deinfinetly recommend.

Comfortable and well stocked.

This is a great property. It has everything you need. We struggled a bit because of the weather, the gondola only ran one day. But that was nothing to do with the property.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean, bright and had everything we needed for the most part. It is a little more tired than the photos show. We were not pleased with the gas stovetop that needed fixing 2 knobs were very loose and it was hard to turn off the flame. The connection was being held together with electrical tape. Apparently parts and fixing the problem is on the to do list. I did not feel it was safe as someone unfamiliar with gas stove tops would have likely walked away not knowing the flame was still on as it was subtle. We also had issues with the TV remote - it kept cycling through channels and was not working.

Reviewer Comments: Everything worked out well, a few notes: A little confusing getting in, the instructions I read a few times, didn't mention an outer door, and the inner doors aren't labeled, so it's a little detective work but after 7 or 8 minutes we figured it out (it was 1am in our defense, and we were tired! LOL) The arcade game shown was one reason we chose this unit, but it did not function at all. :-( There was a rattle in the upstairs vent system as the A/C ran, not major - we shared with the management folks. Otherwise, it was great, I'd give it 8.9 out of 10! Everything was clean, nice, and the location was perfect.

We couldn't have picked a better place. The unit was spacious and beautiful. Surrounded by trees to give you the mountain woods feel. But within a 5 minute walk you can be at shops and restaurants where we enjoyed so many options of good food and live music. Walk jus a few minutes further the other direction you're at the beach! It really is the perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe!!
