Cozy guest house.

Quaint place. Perfect for a family or a couple with a few friends. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Everything worked as expected. If you want to cook - consider bringing a single burner or an outdoors stove. The kitchen was small but adequate for us - only had a toaster oven, microwave, and hot plate. Comfortable for us and dog friendly too! Will stay here again when we make it back to Angel Fire.

Pros: Awesome hosts, very friendly and very quick to respond to questions. Close to Angel Fire skiing (10 minute drive). Beautiful area; two deer hung outside our window much of time there. Property very clean. Master bedroom good size w/ huge closet. Would certatinly rent again, because of hosts gratitude (though not with our 2 children as place is too small). Cons: You have downstairs/basement of building shown. Kitchen does not have oven or stove and tiny table. Only allows 4 guests, but very small 2nd bedroom has 2 bunkbeds. One tiny bathroom. Bring your own TP and paper towels, those provided were very low quality. Old coffee provided, no conditioner provided. Need to take your garbage across town before leaving. Hot tub is a walk up a small hill, around building to the owners porch.

We really enjoyed our visit. The property was beautiful. Deer were right outside our door. The beds were comfy and everything was extremely clean.

Clean, neat and comfortable. Fairly convenient location.

We were a little surprised about the “to do list” requiring removal of linens, washing of all dish-ware and transport of our trash to the Angel Fire dump. It seems the cleaning fee would cover these housekeeping duties.

Perfect Property

This was exactly what was listed and was SO perfect for us. The owners made us feel like we were part of the family. Cannot wait to go back and see the additions they are doing!

Perfect for us

Robbin and Ash thought of everything. The house is beautifully set in the tall pines with plenty of room to explore out back. They answered all questions quickly and were all around great hosts. Would stay here again.

Frnka Chalet is Perfect!

The Frnka Chalet was a wonderful place for our family of 4 and our dog. It is thoughtfully equipped, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxed, but just a short drive from all the action of Angel Fire and the mountains. We'll definitely be back!
