We are so grateful for the management and owners of this VRBO. We were delayed due to weather and FAA shutdowns but the accommodated us. Then we needed to extend our stay and they worked with us. There were even a few thoughtful extras that saved our day!!

This house is in a very good location to downtown Burlington (Church St) and UVM campus. Grocery and wine shops are very close, as are many excellent restaurants--all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. And, while it is great the house is close to UVM (we were visiting our friends' daughter who is a student there), just be aware that Thursday and Friday nights tend to be somewhat noisy with students having fun. This didn't bother us, but if you are especially noise sensitive, you may want to look outside the campus area.

The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for breakfast at home before heading out to sightsee. The location of the house was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

The property was immaculate and so well equipped with everything, lots of comfortable areas to socialize, with amazing kitchen and renovated bathrooms - this is a beautifully decorated interior. The location is so close to church street and the campus and a parking spot is the cherry on top! Awesome place and super responsive management!

Susan was great to work with. A Wonderful home and the location is perfect. Only a few blocks from Church St with lots of dinning and shopping. Only an hours drive to Stowe and Montpelier.

Great Spot Walking Distance to Everything

This house was perfect for our group of 5. The home is very nicely done with plenty of space and is comfortable and clean. The property is just a few blocks from church street which is so perfect. Strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Burlington!

Great House

Really cool house. We really liked it a lot. It did have a strong dog smell in parts of the house, which as non dog people was tough for us. Wish it had central air instead of window air conditioners. We were disappointed that one of the bedrooms did not have an air unit in it when we were told all of the bedrooms would. The house manager, Susan, was great, very helpful and responded to emails and questions quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and the house. Thanks!

Very nice, easy walk to get to the Flynn Theater and downtown area. Easy walk to the lake. Great place and a Five star VRBO. Place is adorable.

Older than expected

The home is older than we expected. Not a bad thing, just have to know the home is over 100 years old and what comes with that. Good location in relation to downtown, but the area does have homeless people moving around. One surprised us at night sleeping on the neighbors porch and someone went through the inside of the rental car after I forgot to lock it. The lighting in the upstairs bath could be brighter. Hard to see in there at night. A TV in the guest room would also be nice. Nothing major wrong, 4 out of 5.

Highly Recommend

This home was cute, clean, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't great was the downstairs bathroom had an urine smell. The bathroom was as clean as could be so I am not sure why the smell was there. Other than that it was perfect.

Nice house super close to Church Street

We stayed during our daughter's UVM move-in. The house was nice and as advertised. The welcome gifts of wine, chocolates and drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise. The proximity to Church Street and the waterfront was great. Our only issue was it was very noisy with traffic and students on Pearl Street. Being the first few days students returned to campus probably made it worse than it normally would be.

Wedding weekend

Great time in Burlington for our son’s wedding. House was in a perfect location for walking to all event sites and so close to all food abs shops on Church. House is older but charming and everything worked!

Great weekend near Church Street

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful, walkable to Church Street and the waterfront. And the accommodations are lovely and comfortable - the newly renovated kitchen was especially nice, and very well equipped. We appreciated finding a bottle of wine on the counter when we arrived! My only suggestion would be to make the directions to the house, which are in the welcome book, available online, as Google Maps took us to the wrong address.

North union street house

This is easily the nicest and cleanest rental on Vrbo that we’ve ever stayed in. Great location and it was stocked with everything you could ever need. Would definitely stay here again.
