ビーチに面したブロードウェイに面した海を眺めながらリラックスしながらリラックスしたり、サンフランシスコの砂浜への道を渡ったり、半島の端にある4分のドライブでは美しい砂浜の湾であるボーウェン・ハーバー湾の端には、これは幼い子供や静かな海で泳ぎたい人には最適な場所です。 また、人気のハウラキ鉄道、カランガハケ渓谷散歩、サイクルトレイルまで車で20分。 ゴルフコースはワイヒとカティカティにあります。
酪農場やFish n chip shopへは徒歩5分、受賞歴のあるSurf Shack Cafeは空港のすぐ隣にあります。
このビーチハウスには2つのデッキがあり、すべての太陽、コンサバトリー、オープンプランの住居、十分な駐車スペース、子供の遊び場があります。
階下エリアにはシングルベッド3台が備わり、ダブルベッドルーム2室は最上階にあります。

Booked for the location and view which are excellent. Very basic and still in original state batch. Bring bed linnen as we missed that detail in the booking, can be hired at extra cost. Pricing out of peak season is reasonable. Peak season a bit ott for the state of the place.

The house is advertised as a beach house which is well maintained, and the price over xmas/new year takes the location and view into the cost.

A great traditional kiwi bach in a perfect location relative to the beach and surf lifeguards. House was very clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding provided. Nice quiet street

Location, Location

We stayed on ocean view on Broadway for 3 nights. We had a lovely relaxing time. A great location a basic good Bach with everything we needed.

Good central location, right across from the beach. Beautiful view!

Amazing views

The most amazing view of the beach from the deck also enjoyed hearing the waves at night in bed. Has everything you need for your stay,only issue for me was I needed a fan as it was extremely hot& I don't like sleeping with doors or windows open. Thankyou for letting us stay & enjoying the bach for the week.

Peaceful corner of paradise with something for everyone

We had a wonderful 7 nights at Dorothys in Waihi Beach with our adult children and grandson. The bach is conveniently located yet far enough away from shops etc to be peaceful. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks on the beautiful beach with very few others around, while still being able to walk to the fab surf shack for an amazing breakfast and dinner. So many great things to do so close in waihi, whiritoa etc. Would highly recommend for a classic slice of kiwi heaven holiday. regards Tracey and Bill

What a view of the ocean.

We loved the short walk to the sand and waves. Great for quick race back to the bathroom if needed. We had 7 staying at the Bach and managed fine. I was able to video the kids surfing while I was standing on the deck.

Amazing location - old school back

Beautiful location for this old school Bach. All is as listed and easy enough to deal with except the shower pressure which we feel should be listed as it is non-existent.

Perfect location

Waihi Beach was within driving distance from Hamilton for the grandchildren. Plenty of room in the house. Everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again in summer but it was a cold house at night in June, only one small heater. Communication was excellent. Walk straight across the road to the beach. Takeaways and dairy within walking distance. Thank you for allowing us to use your holiday home.

Great Views of the Ocean

Views were amazing and perfect weather all week :) - felt really uncomfortable sitting on front verandah as felt unstable? definitely not built for a toddler due to safety issues and nothing to stop them falling over edge? Lots of dust under beds and conservatory hadn't been swept out for a long time?

The verandah on The house is completely safe I am astounded that you thought otherwise. We have had numerous tenants and no previous complaints. when you booked it was for 3 adults and 3 children, no mention of a toddler. You have had a dog at our place when the rules say no pets, and there have been breakages which haven't been replaced. I completely disagree with the conservatory not being swept as the cleaners had just been prior to your visit.

Old and very rundown

Great location but that’s about it. Old and unmaintained. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere we had to clean the place before we slept there so the kids could relax. It was misadvertised as 2 bathrooms, owner made me deal directly with Stayz and would not take any responsibility. Too many things to list that were not good about the property, I’m surprised there aren’t any other bad reviews to be honest. Used grubby dishcloth and brush with hair in it. No hand towel, or him in bathroom. Main fridge (with weak plastic cracked shelves) is in the downstairs “bedroom”, which isn’t really a bedroom, it’s a basement room full of old beds. Magazines 12 years old, board games older than me. Toilet rolls HAVE to be replaced (!?), musty smell… list goes on. The host will now reply to my message. Take my advice and avoid this place. The whole place needs to be refurbished.
