I am sorry you feel that way, however, we have the repair statement from the appliance company showing that clam shells were put down the garbage disposal. As you said, you were there for 2 months, and clams shells were NOT there prior to your arrival. The garbage disposal was working when you arrived and prior to your arrival. It ceased to work during your stay. Clam shells appeared during your stay. The dishwasher was fully replaced with a new dishwasher in a timely manner when you called to notify of the issue with it. No claim was filed against you for the dishwasher as the dishwasher broke due to normal ware and tear. It is unfortunate that the dishwasher broke during your stay, however, it was taken care of with immediate care and urgency. The unit was professional cleaned by an independent company prior to your arrival and the unit inspected. We strive to provide excellent service to our guests and will always continue to do.
