1985年に退職者のために農家によって設計され、建設されたこの快適な家には、逆サイクルのエアコンを備えた広々としたキッチン、ダイニング、ラウンジエリアがあります。 日帰りの追加訪問者に対応できる
 ガレージへの通路中央に沿った3つのベッドルームは、最大8人で寝ることができます。
シャワーとトイレの近くには、身体の不自由な人のための手すりがあります。
町の通常静かな場所にあり、セカンドストリートのガレージから直接アクセスできる屋根付き駐車場があります。 Fourth St.沿いの追加駐車場は、一般的な南風から守られている全長の背部ベランダを介してすぐにアクセスできます。
サイドゲートから町の施設やビーチまでの具体的な通りの歩道-徒歩5〜10分。
6泊または7泊し、5泊のみお支払いください。

Perfect for a family

Great clean property for our family, everything we needed was at hand (from washing machine to tissues to basic condiments to all crockery and cutlery), plenty of room for the kids to move and play.

Value for money central location.

The property is in a great central location between Whyalla and Pt Lincoln. House was tidy. Owner was very helpfull with any concerns.The canoes with life jackets was a fantastic option to explore the tidal creek.

Great space for our family of 8, just what we needed, cooling was good, lots of serving dishes. Would have been nice to stay a bit longer.

I couldn't find accommodation in Cowell where my mother is in hospital. This place was an extremely good alternative....quiet area, comfortable bed and, literally, a home away from home.

property was a 60 s style home, exceptionally clean. Owner had left many provisions for our use. location was walking distance to beach and jetty. Host was easily contactable and responsive to our needs.

Holiday in Arno Bay

A clean and tidy home. Very 70s and comfortable. The backyard is not family friendly unfortunately. Grateful for linen on beds and towels etc. we’ll stocked pantry if you want to use any items. Great location.

Quiet & Comfortable

Very comfortable country accommodation with everything we needed for our short stay. No bells & whistles just practical living. Our host Kevin was very friendly and accommodating and we were very grateful for the pantry of condiments, seasonings and cooking items which we were free to use. Thanks Kevin!

comfortable family home

A home, not a unit or apartment so plenty of room. Furniture is dated but comfortable. Within easy walking distance of supermarket. A nice morning walk to the pier, with a break for a coffee and cake at the Pier Cafe before heading off for a stroll along the boardwalk trail. a queen size bed would be much more preferable to the current double.
