Great Room at Sunset Inn

Very nice big room, with large bathroom. Jacuzzi tub, fireplace and large quiet ceiling fan. Well decorated, in calming colors.

It was a very adorable and friendly place. You do need a car to get to places… not really walkable. But they have parking and getting around was very easy. Definitely recommend.

The evening host gentlemen was very welcoming and friendly. He has excellent customer service and truly cares that you are completely satisfied with the experience, he asked us to treat the property as it was our home for the short stay and if we needed anything let him know. Offering to make reservations for us @ a restaurant and provided us many recommendations of places to eat and visit. The room / cabin was nice size very clean and recently remodeled with a gas fireplace to keep the space nice and cozy. The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown and ocean front trails and boardwalk. We began each morning with a 2-3mile walk where you will see many deer, seals and possibly whale sightings from shore, and seabirds. The Neighborhood is very clean and well kept. Beautiful natural landscape and much pride of ownership in the neighborhood. After our peaceful brisk walk we then returned to enjoy their complementary grab and go breakfast with a great selection of coffee & tea, yogurt, cereal, fruit, toast, granola bars etc. The neighborhood is gorgeous and so pieceful and quiet. I highly recommend this property for a couple or small family looking for a Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove Get-Away. We look forward to returning.

The photo listing online shows a property on the water which was a bit misleading. This property is within walking distance but not as the online photo listing shows. The overall all property appears to need TLC and is a bit busy for my taste. The room was simply updated and basic. The room was clean.

Wonderful!

Last minute stay that was just lovely. Bhavi made sure we had everything we needed, as well as making sure we had access to local dining spots, the best local walks, where to go to catch a beautiful sunset... the room was comfy and the ppm were wonderful. Thank you!

Beautiful and Quaint

A perfect, relaxing get away. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful flowers and plants throughout the property. The room was lovely and an easy walk to the ocean. Great service and ambiance!

Pacific Grove at its best

Excellent location for driving the17 mile highway, Carmel and Monterey. Owners were very helpful in referring places and things to do as well as places to eat. I highly recommend staying at Sunset Inn. Enjoy your next get a way.

Best little Inn

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This place is so nice and quiet. It's small and not busy. Easy walk from your car to your room. And also nice walk to the beach and close drive to Monterey. Seeing all the deer walking around is awesome to see. Would definitely stay here again.

Great find in Pacific Grove

Cute property, about a block away from the ocean. The room was as advertised and clean. The office was very accommodating and pleasant. They offer e-bike rentals and there is an on-site parking lot.
